Lovely hosts, great location, great pool area. Spectacular views, managed to see Etna erupting.

It is a cozy cottage in a beautiful place. You look out over the green mountains and Mount Etna. In the spacious garden and swimming pool, you can relax. There is a small kitchen, but within walking distance there is also a good pizzeria. The hostess is super friendly and delivered us something delicious every morning. It is about an hour's drive to Taormina and Catania. That time flies by when you drive through the area.

Fabio was a charming and welcoming host. He is clearly passionate about tourism and making his guests welcome and at ease. He and his family were very kind. As a sporty family we used the gym a lot ( which we had to ourselves). We would have loved an outdoor pool but knew there wasn’t one and he is now aiming to install an outdoor pool. The apartment is well air conditioned and has everything needed ( we were a family of 5) and with plenty of space. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds Lovely robes left for us and a sun hat each Really nice touches which show that Fabio cares about making a good impression - which he did. You do need a car as the apartment is quite some way out but if you don’t mind that ( we didn’t) then the quiet was good. Don't hesitate to book this place! My son and I thought it looked so beautiful in photos, but we were blown away by the beauty that greeted us when we arrived! Beautiful and lush garden, wonderful surroundings and the house itself was completely unique! A mix of old and new, it is really an architect who has had a sense of detail when they renovated this room! The place was authentic and quiet. Maria was kind and good at communicating with us before we arrived. I had read many good reviews about her personality and was disappointed that she would not be there during our stay. But when we arrived and met Vittorio who was there instead of Maria, we were just happy he was the most helpful and sweet person! He did EVERYTHING to make us feel comfortable and offered to shop for us and went to the pharmacy when I got an infection. His hospitality and charming personality were absolutely formidable! Fantastic service and clean Sicilian hospitality at its best! ❤️ THANK YOU!!🫶🏾

We had a wonderful stay at the appartement. We really enjoyed the beautiful balcony and the nature all around. We even got nice fresh fruits out of the garden!

We had a great vacation in Borgo Papardo. We enjoyed the view of Mount Etna which gave us two magnificent eruptions, the smell of lemon trees in bloom and the children spent a lot of time at the pool despite its coolness. Placido is very available for any info.

A perfect stay – above and beyond expectations! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. But what truly made the experience special was the amazing host – thoughtful, generous, and always available to help. We were especially touched by the warm gesture of fresh, local croissants delivered in the morning – such a lovely surprise! Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back again. Thank you so much, Nino. It was our daughter’s first holiday away, and it was very special in part because of the beautiful house and surroundings, and Nino and his family’s hosting. Francesco welcomed us very well, he was super attentive. Because it was the first floor, I was worried about the noise, but I was able to sleep very well, it didn't bother me

We loved our family stay at Cristina's place a lot and can truly recommend it! Especially la Terrazza - the terrace and the closeness to the beach and restaurants made it so easy to be there as a family. She even has a collection of toys our 5y-old enjoyed. The interior is very tasty and tidy. And Cristina was so heartfelt welcoming (offering local pastry) and helping with a lot of useful information. The street can be noisy at times, but the windows keep that outside and the A/C cools down sleeping areas when needed. Thank you so much for everything, Cristina.

We had an amzing stay with Giorgio and Antonella. Met with a late check in no problem as they always look out for us if we needed help. Amazing kitchen with a supernice patio where we had some nice dinner. One of the best stays so far.

Really great place! Very close to shops, the beach and cable car to the town. Super clean and spacious. Very helpful Host, responded very quickly to any questions and arranged a taxi for us.

What a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, with homemade wine, olive oil, and fresh cherries from the garden. The hospitality was truly exceptional. Thanks to the fantastic recommendations, we discovered restaurants we never would have found on our ohne and each one was a hidden gem. The accommodation itself is full of character and charm. Every piece of furniture and decoration seems to have its own story. And the view was absolutely breathtaking! We couldn’t get enough of it. All in all, a perfect holiday with plenty of relaxation. We’d love to come back! Thank you for everything!

Barbara was an excellent host and we loved her home: we rented the entire home for our family (adult kids and partners, plus my husband and I) and it was perfect for everyone. The house has a fantastic view of Isola Bella, stairs to the beach are just few steps from the house, and there’s a parking lot just across the street (if you are driving be ready for very narrow streets ;) with cars, scooters and people all together). Barbara was super friendly, welcoming, attentive and helpful from the moment I booked and even more when we arrived. She communicated constantly with me. I highly recommend her place to feel at home waking up to a gorgeous, peaceful view. And there’s lot to do in Taormina and the surroundings. Fantastic trip, we already miss it …

Incredible views. Incredible little village 5 minutes walk away, mountain and sea views. Completely magnificent, didn't get enough. Car a must but easy to find everywhere, recommend sunkisses beach club where it was easy to park the car. The village just above had everything you can wish for, sparse with restaurants but was good enough. There was also a small shop, with an emphasis on small. The host was very accommodating and easy to deal with. Very quiet and restful accommodation, which the soul felt good from. We were one day in Taormina but longed back to the tranquility of Forza di Agro.

It is as described in the pictures. The apartment is very close to the beach. That's great. At our time, there was a lot of construction work around the apartment and it was very loud. It is good to know that the terrace is visible to all neighbors on each side. Therefore, you have no privacy on the terrace. The place is otherwise very clean and has plenty of space. The host Salvatore is very helpful and nice, everything worked out great.

Adorable cottage with incredible views! It was perfect location for the three of us. Smack in the middle between Teormina and Catania with gorgeous Reposto in between. That is if you have a car. The accommodations are just as described and on the photos. Maybe a little more of a seating area in the living room would be fantastic since that is where the internet is the strongest. Otherwise the garden, the jacuzzi, the neighborhood - all are beyond enjoyable! We would love to come back. Oh, yes, if you are thinking about hiking Mount Etna - just ask Andrea! You would have the BEST experience possible!!!!

This stay was so great! Such a great location especially for the cable car and the shuttle to the parking lot. The hosts sent very helpful instructions to check in and were quick in responding!

We had a lovely stay at Michele’s place. The accommodation was clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The large outdoor space made our holiday really special. Michele keeps the garden beautifully neat and tidy, and the surrounding area is very peaceful, so it was a pleasure to spend time outside. We had lots of fun in the swimming pool, although it was a bit on the cool side when we were there at the end of May. The little terrace area was a real sun trap, so ideal for sun bathing and warming up after a dip. The lawn is shaded by beautiful mature trees, which must be lovely in the hotter months. The property is close to Etna National Park and as well as doing a guided trip up Etna, we had some lovely hikes in the foothills and lower slopes of the mountain. (I downloaded the AllTrails app to find local walks). Michele was a very considerate host and always ready to help with anything we needed. All in all, it is one of the best properties we have stayed in.

Despite our very late arrival, Francesco was friendly and accommodating to us and offered us basic provisions for a nighttime snack. We found him to be friendly and helpful, and we were allowed to take oranges and lemons and always got other ripe fruits from him, so that we could experience Sicily in a culinary season. The apartment was sparkling clean and matched the listing; the bathroom worked perfectly - the best in 12 Sicilian vacations! So that we weren't completely alone, Francesco's four-legged friends greeted us, making us feel at home. The view from the two terraces is fantastic, we enjoyed the tranquility very much and miss the quiet bells of the two churches from the adjacent villages. It is quite possible to walk to Plummo or Guardia Manga (bakery, pastry shop, pizzeria, long-distance bus, train connection). We would love to come again! Thanks, Francesco!

My group of 6 had a wonderful stay! Antonino was a wonderful host, setting us up with early check in as we arrived from the airport, and was responsive to any questions we had about the house. The location is incredible (the photos don't do it justice-waking up to the volcano and/or the ocean waves, balconies off of every bedroom, steps from the sea, really gorgeous!) The kitchen has everything you need for coffee, cooking in, etc, and the neighborhood has great local spots for drinks, dinner, and small grocery shops. Two of the bedrooms have detachable twin sets that you can use together or separate, but I'd recommend reaching out in advance based on your group if you need them separated. We traveled to/from the train in Riposto for day trips which is very walkable along the coastline. If you're looking for a less touristy, more authentic neighborhood to stay in, this is definitely the spot.

We were traveling on the island and spontaneously decided to spend the night in a different place today. We were able to book the apartment spontaneously and the check-in was flexible. The hostess was also very friendly.
