Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ghisonaccia

We absolutely loved our stay at Marie and Mathias’ place. The house is so stylish and well appointed but also very homely and has everything you need (including all cooking utensils etc). We loved having dinner on the rooftop looking across the valley and surrounded by birdsong. The location was perfect for us - we enjoyed walking the first section of the GR20 and cycling on the GT20, both from the door. We stopped off in Calvi for supplies but the Spar in Calenzana (20 min walk away) had everything we needed, so we didn’t use our car for the whole three night stay. Perfect! An FYI - we decided to sleep on the middle floor which does not have air conditioning so as to avoid stairs to the bathroom during the night. This bedroom is not air conditioned but we kept the shutters closed during the day to keep the room cool and there’s a fan which can also be used. This worked well! Completely recommend if you’re looking peace and quiet, and time outside!

Well located rental in a quiet area but close to Propriano where you can find all the amenities for shopping, seaside hikes, beaches and the mountains max. 1 hour away. The house is well laid out inside the property where there is also the owners' house and another rental a little higher up, not opposite the terrace and the property is large enough not to get in the way. So a great vacation in May where life is good in Corsica!

We had a great weeks stay at this property, thank you Charlotte! We all loved the pool, which was a lovely temperature. The house is perfectly located, 5-10mins drive from a beautiful beach and only 15mins from Cavu, a great river that we loved swimming in. Charlottes recommendations were very helpful, especially the restaurants, we tried a few and they were all delicious. She was very helpful and left us a pushchair for our 1year old daughter, and was very proactive in her messaging. We’d love to return one day !

We had a great time at the villa. The villa has beautiful views and perfect comfort, the pool is also superb. The place is a little isolated from everything but it's really not a concern. Nick and Constance were very helpful both with their availability and recommendations and with their flexibility on check-in time, we greatly appreciated and thanked them warmly.

Honestly, a superb apartment! Very beautiful, with quality materials and a neat design. The bathroom is beautiful, the bedroom very comfortable, and the overhead projector is a real plus for relaxing. And what about the Nordic bath… just great! A real moment of pleasure. The place is quiet, relaxing, and still not too far from Ajaccio. Really a very nice discovery, I would 100% recommend it!

We had the lower apartment (with 3 bedrooms) for 4 adults and 2 children (4+6 years), who immediately conquered the wild garden and the river bank. The hostess lives in a house further back in the cul-de-sac, where the mill is located. We called upon arrival because we didn't know that, and after a while Suzanne came and showed us to the place. The mill is an old building, not for perfectionists, but everything is available and it also works. You live "at the end of the world," but you can walk to a fairly well-stocked grocery store and a good butcher, a little further is a large supermarket, hairdresser, fish shop, etc. We got home-brewed beer and delicious salads, overall we enjoyed it very much. Suzanne and Stéphane are very friendly hosts. Beautiful beaches are just around the corner, as are many hiking areas.

We had a wonderful time in Marie Antoinette's historic home. She was a perfect host, welcomed us very warmly, gave good tips and responded immediately to our requests and questions. The apartment is very very clean, well equipped and exceptionally tasteful and designed with loving details. Particularly noteworthy is the large roof terrace with a view of the sea and the mountains, from which the sunset behind the mountains can be observed. From the roof terrace you can also observe the colorful hustle and bustle on the market square. We liked using the offers in the village (village shop, two restaurants, a bar, etc.) The location of Belgodère is great. We were able to ride our e-bikes(!) to the beach or through the villages, on beautiful paths that were hardly used (spring!) and were able to take great hikes from there. We fully recommend the place.

Sébastien's accommodation is a little gem, perfectly located, close to the sea, shops, restaurants etc. the accommodation is ideal, there is everything you need, and also very good for a 2 and a half year old child. The sunny terrace and its barbecue won us over!! Sébastien was very available and accommodating, thank you again, thanks to you we had a wonderful vacation! We'll be back! Great stay at Joëlle and Patrick's! We were hosted very well, they even prepared a small welcome aperitif for us! The place is great as is the pool. We'll go back without hesitation!

Nathalie's accommodation is in the heart of the village, welcoming, cozy and very warm. We loved staying here for several nights to the rhythm of the village. Nathalie is an attentive host, very kind and very responsive. We'll be happy to come back to Zonza, the perfect crossroads for visiting the surroundings and to Nathalie's for sure!

Small house is absolutely lovely. Perfect for couples. Large garden though is really a highlight here, we had a lot of dinners there and we absolutely loved it. Our dog also enjoyed freedom as garden is fully fenced.

The house with garden is beautiful and really offers everything your heart desires. The decor is elegant, each room has air conditioning and heating, there is even a working Swedish stove. We cooked daily, Charlotte has equipped the kitchen with absolutely anything needed for it. The house is situated in the mountains and those looking for silence and seclusion are in the right place. Unfortunately, there is no shopping in the village (no bakery, no grocery store, just a butcher). The nearest shopping is in Ile-Rousse, about 30 minutes away by car. The road there or to the house is quite curvy... We really enjoyed the house and our meals on the terrace as well as the sunsets and could only recommend accommodation!

Exceptional villa facing the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio! Waking up facing the sea in this context is just magical! Clean and very functional house! We were 13 adults without feeling like we were on top of each other, on the contrary, it's even bigger than it looks in the photos. Swimming pool, field below for soccer and a petanque court + private access to the sea, great! In terms of equipment, everything is well thought out, a storage room with a second fridge and spaces that allow you to relax in the patio, both inside and outside! The large retractable bay windows, once opened, offer a huge living room. We had a great time for a little over 4 days, ideally located near Porto-Vecchio and 30 minutes from the airport, what more could you ask for. I of course recommend this rental where Cédric was able to respond proactively to the few questions we had! TOP

Amazing sea facing gem with everything you may need for a fantastic holiday. Loved how easy it was to communicate with Edith. The beach is very close by and the area is perfect to explore south Corsica. I loved that every room had its own private toilet and the two levels can give privacy for two families.
