What an excellent stay - this airbnb was incredibly well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, extra linens, really anything that one could want. Amenities were high quality and very thoughtful.

Amazing place and surroundings! Were looking for a peaceful weekend away and it was just perfect - Kitchen had everything we needed for home cooking and a closet full of board games for some great family time - The view is breathtaking and a great firepit and small creek just below.

Such a clean, charming home. We felt welcomed at every turn, from initial contact to arriving to departing. We loved the little thoughtful touches, such as providing an extension cord for the hair dryer (some older homes don’t have a plug right next to the sink). All in all a lovely stay.

Substantial and comfortable space. Very well appointed property with hot tub, bath and kitchen with clothes washing facility. Great views and well located near some lovely towns. We had a big car and parking was slightly tight to turn but a very minor observation!

Excellent location with private pond. This home was truly built for a family gathering. Wonderful entertaining spaces, large fireplace with an expansive kitchen to cook in. There is a large game room with board games to suite all ages, billiards, croquet, and a small row boat for fun.

Peaceful and comfortable place. Perfect for what I needed and lovely property.

Lawrence and Ilze are great hosts! They actually just live next to the house and they own a farm. We took our kid to visit their farms with lots of beautiful chickens and roosters. My son even has a chance to feed the chickens. We will definitely come back!

Ami’s place was great! Stayed for my birthday and was surprised with a delicious tres leche cake upon my arrival! The view was incredible, amenities were amazing, overall it was everything I hoped for and more. Thanks Ami!

John and Emma's place is exactly as described. It is neat and comfortable. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the place feel welcoming. It is on a busy corner so that might be off-putting to some, but it was fairly quiet on the days we were there. You are able to walk to town to many restaurants, shops, and ice cream and there is a big grocery store just down the road.

Ivy on the Stone is a gem. We will definitely return. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom large and there is even a large screened porch for relaxing on comfy chairs, a sofa as well as a table for eating. Area restaurants are great, walkable to coffee shops and a large bakery in addition to a charming downtown with boutiques etc. Katherine is extremely attentive and we plan to return. MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Very convenient location close by to everything we needed! We did have an issue with something in our unit, but Aaron communicated very quickly and was able to let us use the other available unit for the night. Both Air bnbs at the property were very well stocked and spotless. Felt very much at home here!

I had such a great stay here! The room was super clean and comfortable and Michael is a great host. The location is a quick drive to stores and restaurants and was the perfect base for skiing at Hunter. I highly recommend and would love to stay here again if I’m back in the area!

My wife, dog, and I had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Michael's place. The land is beautiful, the place itself is actually even nicer than the pictures, and there is plenty to do in the area. We will definitely be coming back!

The Modena House was perfect for our trip. We wished we had the chance to enjoy the outdoor aspect a little more, however time and weather didn’t cooperate with us. The place is adorable, a great kitchen, nicely decorated sitting room, bathroom and bedroom made for a lovely stay. The hosts are top notch! We hope to stay again in the future if we are in the area. We had a great say. Beautiful area. Tremendous lake which we enjoyed by kayak. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice sitting area outside and another on the front porch. We were here early June and so the eatery next store and another up the road were not open for the season quite yet. Great communication.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It’s very spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you need. The property is large and beautiful, with stunning views and even a pond on-site. Everything is convenient and thoughtfully arranged — from the cozy fireplace to the overall peaceful atmosphere. The place feels both comfortable and private. I’ve already recommended it to my friends and would love to come back again. Truly a perfect getaway in nature!

Had a great time! Was perfect for a few days away with my husband and dogs. Everything was clean and as described (it's even better than the photos!) and the area was a lot of fun to explore. There are tons of hikes and other outdoorsy things nearby and Woodstock is a quick 20 minute drive, so the location gives you get the best of both worlds.

Nothing but great things to say about this Airbnb. The house was absolutely beautiful and so cozy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with pretty much everything you need. The hosts were also incredibly helpful and responded right away whenever we had questions or issues with anything. Highly recommend this Airbnb. I hope to come back one day!

The cabin is like nothing I've ever experienced before. It's a wonderful town with an incredible view. If you are considering booking this property take the leap and get ready for a once in a lifetime opportunity. Brian and Stephanie are great hosts and went above and beyond. I know the area super well so have a good perspective on location and quality of available accommodation etc. Mark and Lori’s place was standout on all dimensions. Close to both Woodstock and Saugerties which is great for dining and social options. Location is safe, pretty, peaceful and convenient. The house itself is immaculate and charming with a lot of nice character touches. It’s well appointed, and even if you choose to dine in, they have supplied all that one could need. A special place and if I need accommodation again I would book in a heartbeat.
