I stayed here for 4 nights and had such a fun time. The house was beautiful and decorated so nicely, you can tell the owners really love their home. Stacy is a great communicator, her instructions and recommendations were easy to follow. Overall my friends and I had a great girls trip, I’d definitely recommend staying here!

This place the atmosphere the surroundings it was all so lovely and needed, the price paid off. I loved the views the water and the shower outside. The bed was so comfortable very clean the place overall was very comfy I felt so comfortable. I recommend this place for a stay if you love to be away from people and need calmness. Everything was on spot from the house, the area outside to everything included. Thankyou so much for this, 10/10

Amanda is a great host! Clean and cozy cabin. Everything we needed was right there and the backyard view was amazing. If you’re looking to stay in the mountains I highly recommend you stay with Amanda!

We had a great time here with our 9 month old baby. The pictures don’t do the house justice. Access to the lake for swimming and kayaking and the facilities (pools, beach, basket ball and tennis court) make this a great place for an active vacation. The house has everything you need to travel with a young child (toys, changing table, pack ‘n play and even black out shades). The towns of Athens and Coxsackie are a few minutes away and have decent food and drink options. We would love to come back!

We had the most amazing time at Ed's cabin! Our group was looking for a peaceful getaway, and this place delivered. Nestled in the woods with a beautiful view, the cabin was the perfect escape. It had everything we needed: firewood and supplies for a cozy fire, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, hot tub, and more. The outdoor space was just as impressive, with a huge garden and plenty to explore. Ed was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend this cabin, especially if you’re planning to spend most of your time on the property. That said, it's still close enough to the Catskills' main hiking spots. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

While this is my first time using Airbnb and also first time staying at the Catskills, my family enjoyed our stay at Emily’s cabin; it was peaceful, cozy and quieter; the place is stocked with all the basic things that makes life comfortable; my wife and the kids loved it and that makes me happy! We will be back!

Would absolutely stay again! Really loved the way they've updated the space but kept the classic touches of the house. Huge well appointed kitchen with everything you could need. Peaceful outdoor space with lots of privacy. And overall a very spacious house that feels like you could have a big group without getting in each others way. Ryan & Lauren were super on it. Will definitely recommend to friends.

We had the most wonderful stay at Natasha’s home! The trees surrounding the house are so majestic and the space is clean, beautiful, and welcoming. We got great sleep, as the beds were super comfy, and we can’t wait to come back again soon.

The home had everything we needed and more with a wonderful layout for family/friends to gather/cook/hang out. Every room was well stocked from kitchen to bathrooms and even games, activities and accessories in the bedrooms for kids and adults. We only wished the weather was better for us to have enjoyed the outdoors more, but that gives us a good reason to come back!

We had a delightful time during our annual Memorial Day Catskills trip. Katie's cabin is beautifully decorated. You can tell it's the home of a photographer - every corner is picture perfect. The color scheme and charm of the cabin is gorgeous, and the skylights illuminated the space so nicely in the mornings and throughout the day. Wet weather kept us from spending too much time in the outdoor living spaces, but the indoor space was so lovely, we didn't mind staying in at all. Katie was an accommodating host and checkout was a breeze. Thank you, Katie, and to everyone else - enjoy your stay at one of the most charming places you'll find for your Catskills getaway!

We loved William’s place and he was a fantastic host. Check in was easy and super flexible. The bed is EXTREMELY comfortable and the accommodations are delightful. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at Jon’s lovely cabin. We love being in the woods, strolling by the stream and enjoying the fireplace ambiance. Wonderful place with lots of character. We hope to make this a yearly trip.

5 stars all around! This house is super cozy, clean and well kept. Perfect for the two of us and our dog. Loved the giant front yard and mountain view that was visible from inside the house too! The covered deck was really great for both working outdoors and relaxing. The wood-burning pizza oven is a cute touch, we had fun making our own pizzas. Kitchen was well stocked for us to cook in as well. Location was nice and private but still a close enough drive away from grocery/hiking/restaurants. The hosts were accommodating with early check-in, communicative and had lots of recs in their guidebooks. Would highly recommend this home!

This was our third year coming to the Cabin with our kids (now 12 and 9) and it is just as magical as the first year. We spend our days exploring the woods, streams and endless waterfalls. Our golden retriever has the time of her life loving the freedom of the land and swimming holes. Ellen is quick to respond, the Cabin has everything we needed and we look forward to year number 4!

I absolutely had a lovely time at Pat & Kelley's bnb. It was situated right by the river stream and the deck at the back leads upto the stream with the sound of running water and birds greeting you at all times. I planned my proposal to my partner at that spot as well and Hannah, Pat and Kelly were instrumental in making it a success. I will always hold a special place in my heart for this stay. We had a wonderful stay at this house! It’s very spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you need. The property is large and beautiful, with stunning views and even a pond on-site. Everything is convenient and thoughtfully arranged — from the cozy fireplace to the overall peaceful atmosphere. The place feels both comfortable and private. I’ve already recommended it to my friends and would love to come back again. Truly a perfect getaway in nature!

What an amazing experience! The location is breathtaking and beautiful. There were so many activities to do in nature, such as fishing and hiking. It was so peaceful and relaxing and the host, Maxim, was super responsive and helpful. Would 100% recommend!

Incredible air bnb experience. Hosts were extremely hospitable (along with their adorable pups)! Place was cozy, remote, clean, and decorated beautifully. Will definitely be staying here again. They also responded to each question within minutes and even reached out to us when we forgot a couple of things and offered to ship it to us if we weren’t in the area. 10/10 hosts and beyond!

We absolutely loved our stay at Fil & Ellie’s place, it made it the highlight of our trip. From the minute we walked in, it felt so calm. The place is beautiful with all the amenities. Great cozy cabin in a perfect spot for Catskills exploration. Super close to places to eat in Phoenicia and surrounding area. Easy to find just off a main road but far enough away to be quiet. Very pleased, would book again.

Everything was amazing from how clean and stocked the house was to the beautiful view. Very cozy and peaceful it’s definitely what I was hoping for when looking for something to get away from all the city noise. Marilyn was also extremely helpful and responds in a timely manner.
