Ho trascorso 6 notti nella sistemazione di La è devo dire che mi sono trovato benissimo!, zona molto centrica con tutto quello che hai bisogno a pochi passi, pure la fermata della Metro Rustaveli si trova a pochi minuti a piedi. L'appartamento è esattamente come presentato in foto molto pulito e molto curarato. Ringrazio tanto a La!! non posso dire altro che Consigliatissimo!!.

We are very pleased to stay in Shako’s apartment, very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to big super market like Goodwill. And easy to get around by taxi. I already felt like home after one week stay. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this will be a good choice.

The place is amazing with all the amenities needed , from kitchen till bathroom . Best part is that it close to many great restaurants at walkable distance . Being close to freedom square , you are at the heart of the old city . It is best value for your money and feels much better than any hotel room . Galit is an amazing host and makes sure that your stay is without any hassle .

Paul's place is really beautifully done. It's nice and bright, high ceilings and big windows, and the terrace is really wonderful. Ideal for a coffee and a croissant (or a cocktail). There are fab restaurants and shops nearby, and a really good gelateria. The neighbourhood is quite upmarket, and feels very safe. One thing I will say for first-time visitors is that the entrance and hallway doesn't seem very welcoming. But it turns out this is the case in many buildings in Tbilisi, due to historical reasons. The apartment itself is a gem 💎

Самое главное: ⭐️ Великолепная, красивая, эстетичная укомплектованная с умом квартира. Находиться в ней одно удовольствие! ⭐️ Шикарная ванная комната, очень просторная! ⭐️ Отдохнуть, привести себя в порядок, расслабиться, постирать, погладить вещи и выглядеть отлично на следующий день — это здесь. ⭐️ Высокие потолки примерно 5 метров создают невероятный простор и комфорт! ⚠️ Два минуса, один из которых у меня вызвал недоумение: 1. Красивые, но старые окна — шумоизоляции нет. Слышно разговоры соседей. 2. Отсутствуют шторы в комнате. Вечером, на первом этаже видно вообще всё. Если повесят как минимум шторы — великолепная квартира на любой срок проживания. Рекомендация 100%

i loved Mariam’s place! Place has super light in the day time. Peaceful local apartment with Italian yard, nice neighborhood. Totally would stay again! ❤️

Die Wohnung ist einen wirklich guten Zustand. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage ist super. Guter Standort, das Zentrum ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Natur auch nicht weit entfernt. Würde mich wieder für Tamar‘s Air BnB entscheiden! Vielen dank

We had a lovely stay ! The location is great: we did not take any public transport during our 10 days stay. It is quite noisy because of cars and nearby bars so we kept windows closed. The apartment has everything we needed and the rooms are well isolated from each other. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back here !

Cozy apartment, convenient 24hr check in. Kitchen with everything needed, even air fryer and dishwasher, clean bathroom, spacious room, small private backyard, grocery across the street, 10 min to metro station. Stayed for a week, can recommend for long term staying easily, hope to come again

Had a nice stay with Mariam. Place was clean and spotless with everything we would need. Mariam had thought about small details that we would need at home in the kitchen, bathroom and in the hall for a short stay.

This was our second time staying at Arsena’s place. Still great, perfect for families and bigger groups.

Lena is very nice and helpfull host. Apartment was very clean. Nice place for summer holidays becasue of 3 swimming pools to choose. Nice local restaurants in close area. You need car to reach this place. Good place to see Batumi and stay for week or two. Recommended.

Провели в этой квартире неделю. Очень понравилось. Вид из окна - потрясающий! Пляж - ближе не бывает. В квартире очень комфортно находиться. Завтракали на балконе с видом на море. По вечерам иногда бывает шумно от музыки, но в основном это приятный шум волн и стрекот цикад. В следующее свое посещение планирую рассматривать эту же квартиру.

Thank you for the early check in. House is luxurious and the crockery, has a beauty and the beast, vibe. Amazing view. Extremely clean. One washroom has a toilet + wash area, the other has, just a toilet. Huge space, looks smaller in the pictures. Nana was very responsive and replied immediately. There are 24 hrs small outlets for food, just at the entrance of the lane. Supermarkets, metro, bus stops are close by. The same building has a tennis court, a hotel, another hotel at the side, so there is always someone near the entrance, making it a safe place. We were 2 women and felt safe. Even got a grab at 2am to the airport .The lockbox is at the road level, right side to the steps, do not climb the stairs for that, It's the middle box, black and white in color and yellow once opened. The place had coffee, tea, towels, bath wash, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, spices, sugar, iron. Will definitely book this place again. Was a good location, good host and an amazing house.

It was a perfect stay at Nika's place. The great place for relaxing holidays out of Tbilisi , with access to swimming pool and recreational area . The apartments have all necessary things for comfortable living and thanks to Mariam for her attentiveness through all days

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and in a great location. One of the absolute highlights was the stunning view. Mayya was very welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. She also helped us out with a umbrella and seight seeing suggestions for the rainy days. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Отличные, чистые и очень уютные аппартаменты. Есть все необходимое для жизни как дома. Есть собственная территория ЖК с бассейном и детской площадкой. Также есть охраняемая парковка для машин.

Не могу не написать отзыв о нашей остановке в отеле: Lazare family!Мы в восторге от хозяина Гочи и его отеля! Отель совершенно новый и красивый! Гоча проектировал и строил его сам! Все сделано с большой душой, очень удобно, красиво, стильно! Расположен отель , в старом мандариновом саду, много зелени, красивый вид! В 10 мин. ходьбы находятся маркеты, кафе, аптеки и остановка автобуса, для поездки в центр Батуми! Хозяин Гоча и его жена Руссико, сами встречают гостей, окружают их заботой, готовы помочь в любом вопросе, создают атмосферу безопасности, комфорта и доброты! Очень рекомендую этот отель, мы обязательно сюда вернёмся! Ой , чуть не забыла , мы приехали с маленькой собачкой и нашему питомцу все были очень рады!
