Really a wonderful stay, the apartment is very clean, and spacious even the pictures do not give it its right, the host was very helpful, I spent 3 nights with my family and really impressed us with the cleanliness of the place, the paper of the furniture and equipment, not far from the vital areas, the only disadvantage is that I faced some difficulty in entering the building parking because of the steep slope, but overall we were happy with the stay and I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is both cozy and spacious, which made it incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, so it really felt like home. We are very pleased to stay in Shako’s apartment, very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to big super market like Goodwill. And easy to get around by taxi. I already felt like home after one week stay. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this will be a good choice.

Paul's place is really beautifully done. It's nice and bright, high ceilings and big windows, and the terrace is really wonderful. Ideal for a coffee and a croissant (or a cocktail). There are fab restaurants and shops nearby, and a really good gelateria. The neighbourhood is quite upmarket, and feels very safe. One thing I will say for first-time visitors is that the entrance and hallway doesn't seem very welcoming. But it turns out this is the case in many buildings in Tbilisi, due to historical reasons. The apartment itself is a gem 💎

Nice compact apartment which has everything you need to stay in and explore Kutaisi and places around it! The location is perfect, most of the sites and recommended restaurants and so on are 1-15 minutes of walking. When you enter the hallway seems a bit sketchy, but the neighborhood and block are completely safe and friendly.

Wonderful place. Lots of restaurants nearby. Walkable distance to old town. Clean place. Lot of space.

I loved the flat. Beautiful view from the 32nd floor. I arrived in October and it was not too busy. The flat is very well organized, no clutter, comfy bed with excellent mattrass, good bathroom with washing machine and it was quiet at night. You can still hear the music and fireworks at night but the windows and door insulate most of the noise from outside. Check-in was very easy. Staff spoke decent English, which was helpful. There are also some decent shops nearby. Across the street there are two small supermarkets a bigger supermarket is 5 minutes away and it is only a short walk from the 24 hour Aroma Cafe on the beach. Communication was good. Excellent value for money. I liked everything. I would love to go back one day.

This was our second time staying at Arsena’s place. Still great, perfect for families and bigger groups.

Had a nice stay with Mariam. Place was clean and spotless with everything we would need. Mariam had thought about small details that we would need at home in the kitchen, bathroom and in the hall for a short stay.

Big spaceous clean, brand new modern apartment! looks just like the pictures! Stayed here for 1 month, Natya was a fantastic host, helpful and friendly. The apartment is in a secure modern building with keypad entry, it's in an upscale area with some construction nearby but the apartment has excellent soundproofing so it's not a problem! Grocery stores are right downstairs, lake is a 10 minute walk. Easy to get around as Bolt app works great (1 USD to the gym, 2 USD to the big supermarket, 4 USD downtown) Overall a great place for long term stays if you want somewhere comfortable and quiet that's near the lake

I won't say that this is a perfect apartment — there are minor disadvantages (one at the end), but in general it is really an apartment 10 out of 10. Very spacious: the photo does not show another small room with a fold-out sofa. As a result, 3 bedrooms, a large living room and a spacious kitchen. High-quality renovation, expensive plumbing in excellent condition. Host Giorgi was always in touch, helped — hospitality at its best. A nice bonus for me is an old monitor and an expensive computer chair, perfect for work. There is also a table and chairs on the balcony — a great place for breakfast and sunset meetings. Now about the disadvantages: Tbilisi is actively being built up, and right now there is a construction site nearby. Noisy work is carried out only from 9:00 to 15:00, the rest of the time is quiet, only the distant noise of the city and the chirping of swifts can be heard. It is not a fact that there will not be the same situation in another district of Tbilisi.

Lena is very nice and helpfull host. Apartment was very clean. Nice place for summer holidays becasue of 3 swimming pools to choose. Nice local restaurants in close area. You need car to reach this place. Good place to see Batumi and stay for week or two. Recommended.

Thank you for the early check in. House is luxurious and the crockery, has a beauty and the beast, vibe. Amazing view. Extremely clean. One washroom has a toilet + wash area, the other has, just a toilet. Huge space, looks smaller in the pictures. Nana was very responsive and replied immediately. There are 24 hrs small outlets for food, just at the entrance of the lane. Supermarkets, metro, bus stops are close by. The same building has a tennis court, a hotel, another hotel at the side, so there is always someone near the entrance, making it a safe place. We were 2 women and felt safe. Even got a grab at 2am to the airport .The lockbox is at the road level, right side to the steps, do not climb the stairs for that, It's the middle box, black and white in color and yellow once opened. The place had coffee, tea, towels, bath wash, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, spices, sugar, iron. Will definitely book this place again. Was a good location, good host and an amazing house.

It was a perfect stay at Nika's place. The great place for relaxing holidays out of Tbilisi , with access to swimming pool and recreational area . The apartments have all necessary things for comfortable living and thanks to Mariam for her attentiveness through all days

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and in a great location. One of the absolute highlights was the stunning view. Mayya was very welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. She also helped us out with a umbrella and seight seeing suggestions for the rainy days. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great, clean and very cozy apartment. There is everything you need to live like home. There is a private residential area with a swimming pool and a children's playground. There is also a secure parking space for cars.

I can't help but write a review about our hotel stop: Lazare family!We are delighted with the host Gochi and his hotel! The hotel is brand new and beautiful! Gocha designed and built it himself! Everything is made with a big soul, very convenient, beautiful, stylish! The hotel is located, in an old tangerine garden, lots of greenery, beautiful view! Within a 10-minute walk there are markets, cafes, pharmacies and a bus stop, for a trip to the center of Batumi! Host Gocha and his wife Russico, they greet guests themselves, surround them with care, are ready to help in any matter, create an atmosphere of safety, comfort and kindness! I highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely come back! Oh , I almost forgot , we came with a small dog and our pet was very happy!
