I bought out the hotel for a 3 days 2 nights stay for my family. It is our ad-hoc groom house for the Big Day and everyone is happy with the rooms and ambience. The staffs (Chris, Joey, Kelvin, Fiona, and housekeeping guy) are very helpful and friendly. Superb experience, thank you very much!

Brought a whole team down for an event at Prangin Mall nearby. The space was perfect to accommodate all of us and it had all the amenities listed. The common area even had a small projector which our team loved to use for a nice movie night! The host was very helpful and gave helpful advice when we asked for help. In one instance, we had locked ourselves out of one of the rooms late in the night and contacted the host for assistance. They were very prompt to assist us and helped us rectify the issue almost immediately. The location was peaceful but yet still walkable to amenities around. There is a mart that closes at 1am about a 7min walk away and shopping malls like 1st Avenue and Prangin Mall are about 10min away. Thank you very much for the help and stay. Our team enjoyed the place very much and I would definitely recommend booking this entire place for large groups!

Big bungalow with 12 rooms. Sufficient air cond at every corner and bathrooms for huge group of peoples. Huge car porch, all cars can park inside the house. Many small worms (due to humidity) hanging at the wall and roof. If the cleanliness can be improved that will be perfect. The bedsheets are very comfortable. Can have a nice rest.

Where to begin? What an absolutely stunning colonial home in a perfect location. Shawn and co were amazing with communication, the self check-in was well explained and super straightforward. Very easy to find the property too. The house itself is beautiful, plenty of space, very tastefully decorated, and comes equipped with everything you need for your stay. A big bonus is the outside seating area, garden, and wet kitchen area. Lots of nice places to eat nearby, and a very short grab ride to the beach, shopping malls, and Georgetown. Honestly one of the nicest places we’ve stayed during our travels around Malaysia, wouldn’t hesitate to come back here next time we’re in Penang. I truly enjoyed the stay here. The room and bathroom were spacious. It could fit many people, especially families with many couples. It was comfortable to stay here.

It was a very pleasant stay. The house was very very clean, toilet also very clean. The neighbourhood was peaceful. All the airconds were all functiong well. Me and my family were very satisfied on the stay. Highly recommended. Definitely worth the price. Variety of food choice avaliable nearby.

We were very happy and comfortable with the accommodation. Packets of snacks (which my kids loved) and sachets of beverages were provided, which was very thoughtful! There's also a water filter/dispenser in the kitchen which we could get hot and cold water from, this was very useful and convenient! We did not spot a single cockroach, ant, lizard nor pest in the house, which is quite rare because it's rainy season and landed houses usually have some pests - the house was very clean. Also towels in every room and basic toiletries provided. Water heater worked well. Thank you for having us!

Very nice. Clean, new, and fully equipped. The decor was cozy and tasteful (abit muji style), making it very comfortable. The host was friendly, attentive, and responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at a Uni Villa in Penang and absolutely loved it! The house was very spacious and beautifully maintained…perfect for relaxing with friends or family. The overall vibe of the place was so peaceful and comfortable.

We really love this place for these 4 days 3 nights. We even prefer spending more time staying in the house, instead of going out for other places 😂 Carmen also helped us a lot for everything and even responded to me quickly and actively before I decided to book her place! We will definitely book this place again when we visit to Penang!

It's an old building and don't expect everything to work like new. The stairs to the 2nd floor is very steep and without railings, so not for old people and people with knee problem. Other than that, this accomodation is an excellent choice. You get Excellent location at reasonable price for upt o 12 pax. The Butler team is very responsive. Our requests were attended and fixed promptly
