Monthly Rentals in Genoa

Place was absolutely amazing, gorgeous views of the mountains for winter trips, the check-in and check-out process was quick and painless, and the hot springs were well worth the short walk in the cold. My only complaint is that the walls are a bit thin so if you have roudy neighbors, you'll most likely hear them. That didn't count against the host or the listing, however, as that is something they can't control. Overall, amazing stay, well worth the money, and would stay here again

Greg and Chris' place in Minden is immaculate. It has been beautifully designed and thoughtfully outfitted with everything you could possibly need during a long-term stay. We visited the area so that we could enjoy some spring skiing - with Heavenly only 30 minutes away and Palisades Tahoe about 1.5 hrs it is a great home base! Greg and Chris are extremely accommodating and very responsive. The cherry on top was being able to enjoy gorgeous sunrises and sunsets each day. I would highly recommend staying at Greg & Chris' spot and would love to return one day.

Volker and Chandra are hosts of a fantastic unit. They were extremely nice when we met them, giving a brief tour of some of the nuances of the unit to make our lives easier during our stay. We stayed for over a month and had a great time remote working out of the unit and visiting Carson City, Reno, and the North and South shores of Tahoe for skiing in our off time. They were always very responsive and communicated very well with us and were understanding of all of our requests and questions. The unit itself is massive, the pictures do not do it justice. Each room is much larger than it looks with very high ceilings. So much closet and storage space! A huge benefit for us since we work remotely was that they had 2 desks/workspaces and a great internet connection. It was very well equipped with all the necessary amenities and the surrounding area has so much to do and explore. We had a really great experience in an awesome place. Incredible hosts! We hope to visit again!

Great spot on a quiet street with easy access to Minden/Gardnerville and Carson City. Plenty of privacy from the main house, adequate off street parking. Full size stove/oven and fridge a plus. Comfortable queen bed. Very tiny washing machine and no dryer, so plan to do laundry somewhere else. Comfortable heating/air conditioning, but AC units a bit noisy and space consuming. Overall, good value for a monthly stay.
