The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). By means of a narrow staircase, you reach the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.

Our cozy rural furnished home, located in the Bocholt, gives space for 10 people. There is a fully fenced garden with all kinds of play options for the kids. Adjacent, there is a heated open terrace. We have a covered playground and outside a climbing and clambering path. This allows them to enjoy themselves with us both indoors and outdoors. And then there is room to cross with the various go-carts, bicycles, etc. that our accommodation has available.
