There is generally plenty of street parking with a walk generally no more than 30 to 40 metres up the easement to the gate which opens on to the "Red Door" of the cottage. When parking please be aware of the bus stop at the end of the easement; Queensland laws stipulate a 10 metre clearway in front and 20m clearway at the rear of the bus stop.

Don’t think twice. Coral is nothing but a wonderful human being and host. I had the pleasure of meeting her and staying in her lovely home for 4 nights and wished I could have stayed for longer. Upon arrival, I was welcomed and taken care of throughout. Local recommendations are provided and laughter is abundant as Coral takes you on a journey with her sublime storytelling skills. The home is well kept and tidy, vibrant with colourful decor and a lush garden. Also, it is conveniently located to the second largest regional shopping centre in Australia, Westfield Chermside — only a 5-min drive or 18-min walk away. Highly, highly recommended to all. Sending peace, joy and love to past, present and future guests who have the opportunity to stay with the effervescent Coral in her cosy home in the beautiful suburb of Aspley. 💛 Merci beaucoup, Madame Coral. 💛

I stayed one night, and had a fabulous sleep. The bed is super comfy & the room is quiet and private. Just what I needed after a long-haul flight. You can easily walk 10 minutes to the next train station, or catch an Uber. Great stay!

When I saw the full 5 star rating I felt a little sus. But reading the reviews I figured it’s a solid shot trying it out. And let me tell you the 5 stars check out!! You get a super comfy room downstairs and have your own bathroom. Their garden and property is super nice. Clementina and Alex, including their children made me feel at home. Super welcoming, never felt like I bothered them, they let me come with them for grocery shopping cause it aligned and it was super nice. Did not expect this kind of hosting for a airbnb but I am so grateful I started my journey here! Wish I stayed for longer!!! The bus is literally 2-3 min walk away and the 235/225 bus takes you to the cbd in like 20-30min depending on traffic. There’s a super cute cafè near them and a awsome dog park. Totally recommend for anyone looking for a slower part or the city, beautiful area to walk around. A bit hilly but good exercise! Thank you Alex and Clementina! 🧚‍♂️

Got lucky with this last minute booking at Kees. We weren’t expecting much, just a place to rest our heads but not only was it a great spot for weary travellers, kee’s hospitality knows no bounds to be helpful & friendly. Not to mention the amenities and cooking area was great too supplied with all sorts of seasonings to use. Bed was super comfy, the room felt private though house was full - and quiet hours after 10 for everyone so got a good rest. When we were due to check out - We had another sit only 10 minutes away from here but via public transport, it would’ve taken us 2 hours to get you - Kee kindly offered to give us a lift which we were so grateful. For those extra 2 hours we spent chatting with her, her husband and friend and joining them for some waffles. Truly a great experience and can’t recommend them enough!
