Also 15 minutes from cross lake, and Weedsport racetrack. We are right next to the state trails for snowmobiling. DOGS on approval basis ONLY, with an extra 150$ pet cleaning fee. 1 Bedroom available 7min from downtown Syracuse. 3min from Destiny Mall, and train/bus stations. This unit has an victorian style theme to it that showcases local art within the local area About 10 minutes from most areas of syracuse in every direction due to the central location and easy access to highways Keep in mind this is an inner city location it's safe but more of a working class neighborhood. There are security cameras around the property and off street parking in the back as well.

Completely remodeled 1920’s home in the Strathmore neighborhood of Syracuse. The property is centrally located near a beautiful park with biking and running trails. Located minutes to downtown, close to Community General and Upstate Hospital’s, and ten minutes to Syracuse University. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

PETS OVER 30LBS MUST BE APPROVED. All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccines. All dogs must also be on flea and tick preventative care. (I have a dog so if are allergic to dog hair, keep this in mind).
