The home is in a college neighborhood & can get a little rambunctious on weekends, although the deer who visit daily don't mind. Outdoor space includes a small 4 person hot tub, inside beautiful hardwood floors, and a luxury chef's kitchen are just a few highlights of this gem! A quick drive to all points of interest, including wineries, schools, parks, restaurants, and more!

Recreation trail (20 miles of paths, creek and falls), entrance from our street. Bus stop on corner. Driveway in front of bungalow is yours! No through traffic, peaceful.

Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + Netflix, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

Dog friendly but were unable to host cats or other pets. *Our newly built home is 1/2 of a side-by-side duplex.
