Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a bedroom with a double bed on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq.

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price.

The house of about 50m2 consists of an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a living room with 2 seats sofa, a bathroom with bathtub, a large hallway and a breathtaking view of the Lunigiana hills...

The house was an old barn now restored with 2 apartments, an agri-restaurant on the lower floor not managed by us, surrounded by the greenery of Lunigiana with a large garden in front at your disposal. It consists of 1 double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room with TV, an equipped kitchen, a barbecue in the private fenced area in front of the door and parking. The pool and outdoor garden are shared with the adjacent apartment.
