Spot wildlife (such as red deer) and visit the many museums and attractions nearby! It is absolutely quiet: no traffic or main road. Convenient: * Check-in from 3 p.m., check-out 11 a.m. (later not possible due to cleaning). * Car is recommended (public transport is not optimal). We do everything we can to make your stay comfortable.

This pleasantly equipped holiday bungalow is situated in Maarn on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. The house is situated in a quiet location and has a terrace and a large woodland garden. This pretty natural environment offers several possibilities such as uwalks, bike rides and visits to various cities and villages, castles, gardens and museums. Near to the apartment is the Henschotermeer, a natural pond in the middle of hills surrounded by white sandy beaches and green sunbathing area.

The ideal place to unwind and to enjoy the nature. Our cottage has recently been refurbished, has two bedrooms (1 connected to the living room). Ons zelf ontworpen huisje ligt midden in de velden, op 45 minuten rijden van Amsterdam. Het staat op een kleinschalig recreatiepark, waar wij ook een ander huisje hebben onder de naam Familie Buitenhuys. Je slaapt in een volledig huisje met vloerverwarming en alle comfort. In de master bedroom staat een bad bij het raam, met uitzicht over de weilanden. Vanuit het bad zie je Nederland in zijn puurste vorm. Licht, eigenzinnig en speels ingedeeld. Maximaal 4 personen + baby.

Sleeping comfort is paramount: luxury king-size box spring beds with topper (1 special for tall people: 1.80 x 2.10 meters) and a variety of pillows and blankets for you to choose from. There is something for everyone! Enjoy the wood stove (of course there is also C.V.), grab a magazine from the reading bin and make yourself comfortable. The beds are made and bath towels, tea towels are provided

Located close to the woods, moors and a big lake, this is an ideal spot to discover this lovely part of the Netherlands, for instance by bike or on foot! In the village of Nunspeet you will find all the nice shops, supermarkets and restaurants you need at walking distance from the holiday home.
