As an ideal starting point for your stay, the apartment is very centrally located in Bad Tölz, 7 minutes walk to the city center, 13 minutes to the train station and 5 minutes to the countryside. The "Isar valley" is the perfect place for your vacation with almost unlimited sports-, leisure- and relaxation options, as well as cultural events.

The vacation home "Glasnalm" is located next to the listed Glasnhof in Dürnbach, a district of Gmund am Tegernsee. It is very quietly located in the middle of fruit trees and bee populations, but still very central to shopping opportunities for everyday needs. Lake Tegernsee is just 2 km away. The Glasnalm was built from solid wooden beams from year 1747 as a small cabin in detail. They have a small, historic cottage with modern comforts.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several unequal stairs, is located in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is especially suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or transit. You are in this cozy room with integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is no TV consciously. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

The heavenly box spring bed, fully equipped kitchen, big smart TV including Netflix and daily bread service offer a high level of comfort.
