The stay was incredible, great location... the only thing is that there were no toiletries such as soaps, shampoos and others. Everything else is spectacular. The lady who received us was very formal and attentive.

Very nice new apartment overlooking the ocean from a short distance. Very nice pools and gym. Beds were very comfortable and are truly queen size. Location is quiet and peaceful.

Absolutely wonderful stay in this adorable little beach shack purched high up on the hill with the most spectacular views over the bay. Ramon was a terrific host, proactive, helpful, friendly, and hospitable. The place itself is extremely private, with amazing views, a delightful little personal pool, a comfortable bed and pillows, a well stocked kitchen, and a great outdoor bathroom. Internet was strong and never failed, nor did the a.c. keeping the place nice and cool on some scorching hot days. All and all a top notch experience that exceeded my expectations. Would certainly love to return some day.

We loved the place to my family and I, very clean, quiet, with easy access to the wet areas and the beach . I get a lot of attention from the excellent security you have, I highly recommend it. And very dear Mrs. Luz, both the owner and the lady who gave us the apartment.

In our case, we were two adults and two children, the location is great, a few steps from the beach, close to all kinds of restaurants, also close to transportation to tourist places. Very nice, comfortable and clean apartment, good air conditioning. Super-recommended.

After looking for a long time, I stayed there and the place was really amazing, very good view, super nice and comfortable, the apartment is ideal to go with your family and Lili is super friendly. I would come back again without thinking!

The apartment is really nice. If you want to rest, have quick access to the beach and be in a quiet place without much noise, this is a very good option. Stephany was always attentive and responded very quickly.

Very pleasant, nice, comfortable, no problems, and the condominium is spectacular, out of this world, and the grandson enjoyed the pools for children and adults with our very nice pools for all tastes. The only thing I would say is that there are almost no restaurants, the rest is very good. That social area on the top floor is super amazing. I recommend the place and the apartment is very good. It was a pleasant stay that we will repeat at the first opportunity that presents itself. Very grateful to all the staff. Thank you all

Before our arrival, Camilo was always attentive and available, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. The place is perfectly designed so that nothing is missing: every detail counts. Laura’s place was just as described. Everything was very clean and well maintained. All the amenities within the complex are easy to book on their website. Pools were great and perfect temperature. Kids areas were really nice. We loved the kiosks by the beach and the convenience of ordering food yo be delivered there. The restaurant Cambiante was amazing, great fresh food and very reasonable prices. We ordered breakfast from them as well (traditional arepas de huevo) which were great. Edinson, the person that manages the property for Laura is very attentive and even brought us the best arepas de huevo on our first day. He was always available to answer questions we had. We’ll definitely return to Laura’s place whenever we decide to come back to Santa Marta.

We loved it. ✨ Great location, very familiar, very nice, excellent cleanliness, the building staff is very friendly. It's important to note that they have a special entrance for when you have sand on your feet, ask for it. You can hear the music from the street, but we slept without any problems, very comfortable, and Juan Daniel was very precise!
