My place is 1.7 miles from Ginnie Springs known for great diving, tubing, canoeing and swimming. It is located on the same road as Blue and Poe Springs. Activities for everyone, T.V. in every room, internet provided, drying line for diving suits, large fire pit, washer & dryer. corn toss, horse shoes, and tubes provided Ring outside security doorbell . Beautiful rustic 1946 fishing cabin with 200 feet Lake Swan waterfront. Peaceful, park like property. It is a GREAT place for water sports and fishing. House has 1 bedroom (2 queen beds), 1 bath and a sleeping loft (2 single beds). Living area has vaulted ceilings, woodburning fireplace, large windows, sofa and a queen size futon. A large screened lake side porch is a great place for outdoor dining or to simply enjoy the nature. Guests have access to 2 kayaks and a canoe.

Close to Alachua and High Springs on scenic paved country road with rolling hills, bring your bicycle and explore! North central florida is known for having the highest concentration of first magnitude springs in the world and there are many outdoor adventures to choose from as well as restaurants and nightlife locally and in nearby Gainesville.

Peaceful BR close to downtown!

You'll love the access to walk downtown, its just a short 10 min walk. Stadium is a 10 minute drive or 25 ish minute walk.] Bedroom can sleep 2 in the bed its a full. Couch in the living room for a third. If you want to bring more guests thats totally okay. I just ask for $20 per extra guest if its over 3 guests. Bring an air mattress.
