Condo vacation rentals in Gainesville

Amy is a very responsive and accommodating host. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Amy kindly welcomes guests with set of coded, water and bath supplies. The location is near to the stores and is very quiet. Amy is sternly accommodating, and it was a great pleasure to communicate.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jeremy's house. Not only did everything we expected to find work, there were more bits and pieces than we had expected. The pool and games room were easy to get into and there were special towels set out for pool use, and pool cues for the games room. The estate is well kept and we had one day of grass cutting, leaf blowing and routine maintenance while we were there. We didn't hire a car, but Uber found us every time we sent for one. Altogether very good.

The place was beautiful and clean! They had extra towels and linens, and lots of utensils and cooking ware! Mustafa was friendly and responsive!

Nice place. Glad there was a YouTube video to get there cuz that was a little tricky but easy once you find it. Would have liked to have a TV in the bedrooms but no biggie. Clean. Close location to food and part of the campus.

Sara and Diego were very responsive and answered all of our questions. They were great hosts. The condo was spotless and well equipped for our extended family visit to UF for our daughter's graduation. It was an easy drive to UF and plenty of space for our extended family. Highly recommend for large families traveling to see students. Close to the whole foods market center to either walk or short drive. Lots of restaurants and shops. Thanks, Sara and Diego!

Silvana was a great host and was there for everything when needed. If you stay in the area I would stay at her place if you can.

Maria‘s rental was just as stated in her listing. It was very clean, kitchen was well furnished, and the back seating area was so peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay. Also, Maria did a great job of communicating with us prior to, during, and after our stay. Would definitely rent her place again if we were in the area

Perfect amount of space for my family of 5! Good location near the highway and easy access to everything we needed to do there. You can hear some highway noise at night, but host has noise machines to help with that. Condo was clean and had everything we needed inside for our stay. I would book again.

This condo was exactly as described. Gregg was a wonderful host. We spent a great 4 days there. The location was great, close to everything that you may want/need.

Great apartment and location. Before I booked it I read the reviews and some talked about noise coming from unit above. I stayed 4 nights and didn’t hear anything. The host is very helpful, the place has everything you need.

Giri saved the day! We were in Gainesville for a huge softball tournament. We had initially booked another AirBnB for the weekend and it was a disaster so we left. With all the hotels and most AirBnB's booked for the entire weekend, we had nowhere to stay! It was our wedding anniversary too! Luckily, I found Giri's listing and it was right around the corner. I reached out to Giri and within 30 minutes, we were booked! He even granted us an earlier check in so that we would be able to check in right after our last game, take showers and make it in time for our dinner reservations. The place is just as listed and felt very homey and clean. I loved the concrete floors and the light fixtures added a level of warmth. Even though the location was near UF, it was very quiet. This is our 2nd year coming to Gainesville and if we have to come again, we will definitely look to see if Giri's location is available. Thanks again, Giri!

We had a lovely week long stay here, the apartment was exactly like the photographs, perhaps even better. Giri was a very gracious host, friendly and communicative. Location was great, quiet and attractive, swimming pool was large, clean and quiet. We often had it all to ourselves. Thoughtful touches such as quality toiletries, plenty of supplies and a real electric kettle which this Brit was very happy to find in Florida! It was perfect for the three of us, oh, and the beds and sofa were *chefs kiss* so comfy and excellent quality. I would stay at this apartment again, no question. Thanks Giri!

Monica is a wonderful host. She was responsive and caring during a difficult time for my family (death of a loved one). The place was in great shape and was exactly what I needed and conveniently located to where I needed to be in Ocala. Kitchen provided needed appliances, amenities and supplies where required. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean with necessary linens and supplies. Ample closet space if you are traveling with more than just a carryon. Note to anyone reading this - know that the bedrooms are on the top floor, so climbing stairs are required. Consider this when booking. Thank you Monica for the use of your place.

Great stay! The condo location next to UF was perfect for my work trip. Margaret was a great host and the condo was well stocked with all the amenities. I would definitely stay again!

From booking to check-out Terri was responsive, accommodating and an all around great hostess. Her home is well furnished. She is generous with supplies, wine and condiments. The towels, linens and cookware are clean and high quality. Will book again.

Such a beautiful spot! In walking distance to the campus and so much more! Fit our family of 6 and our dog comfortably with even extra space

The unit was meticulously neat and clean. You have a great cleaning crew! Not a smudge on the white cabinets. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and you have everything you need if you want to cook and eat in. There’s a complete set of kitchen appliances including Keurig coffee maker. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean with lots of closet space. The grab bar in the shower is helpful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The place is easy to find, a short drive to shopping area and lots of restaurants. 3 suggestions, maybe an ice tray cube in the freezer for when you have water jugs that you want fill up with ice and water to take out with you. Also maybe a bigger shower head, an inexpensive upgrade that will boost its look and functionality. And an extra towel hook in the bathroom. Overall a very nice place, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended.

More than amazing property! The location was great and centrally located to everything. The interior of this location is beyond amazing!!! Everything in here was immaculate! This was a last minute need for us while in town and I had messaged the host and she was available very on demand and was very responsive to getting our reservation going and set up. This host was amazing and very responsive and even offered to extend our stay as my project was pending ending (I wasn’t sure if my work project was done yet or not), this host was very patient and understanding and offered to extend my stay. I love all the personal art in this unit and all the personal touches. The hot tub and back yard are also beyond amazing and immaculate. Also, fully stocked with some games which we did enjoy during our stay! The monopoly game was very much fun! This would be a truly ultimate location to visit in prime sports season as well if traveling with a larger party! Highly recommend this unique property!
