Välkommen till Torestorps Drängstuga - ett urgammalt hus i hjärtat av Småland! Här bor verklighetens sagor, hjältar, kärlek, hårt arbete och fest i väggarna. Huset är ca 100 m2 stort i två plan och ligger ett stenkast från en större mangårdsbyggnad mitt ute på landet i de småländska skogarna. Du tar dig till Kalmar och Öland på 30-60 minuter och till Nybro för att handla på tio. Det finns duntäcken, en vedeldad kamin, en bastu i skogen och katten Doris bor gärna hos dig om du vill ha sällskap.

Välkommen till ett inbjudande, avslappnat semesterboende av högsta klass - men med en stor respekt för gårdens historia och bevarande av den tidstypiska känslan från 1800-talet. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Vintertid kurar vi framför kaminen, dricker kaffe, läser böcker och myser i pyjamas hela dagen.

Det är 70 m till båten och bryggan som tillhör stugan. Fråga värden om ni är intresserade av att använda den under er vistelse. Roddbåt,kanot och cyklar ingår i hyran. Fully equipped summerhouse with a fantastic location in the peninsula north of Oskarshamn. It is located on an "island" in the archipelago north-east of Oskarshamn, ~ 20 min by car. The area is called Dragskär. The "island" is connected to the mainland via a small natural pier and short bridge. Road goes all the way to the house. Here starts the marvellous east coast archipelago. From the big 20 sqm sun lounge/patio you have a direct splendid view of a small bay in the Baltic sea.

Strandnära, mysig stuga i vackra Bråbygden.

Historik: Våran gård byggdes i början av 1900-talet av Carolines gammel farfar Erik. Vårat bostadshus byggdes 1908, de följande åren resten av byggnaderna. 1925 man lillstugan så då användes som en liten drängbostad, medans övervåning och den del där köket nu är var förråd och sädesmagasin. I början av 1980-talet byggdes den om till bostad, då av Carolines farfar Nils. Njut av stor trädgård, mysigt ombonad stuga endast 80 meter från strandkanten.

Kuddar, täcken, sängkläder och handdukar ingår i priset. Självklart finns Tv, Wi-Fi och Bluetooth högtalare. Cyklar finns att låna, det är bara ca 10 min till Västervik Resort och ca 15 minuter till centrum. OBS! Huset har byggts ut 2025 för att få till ett ordentligt sovrum.
