L'appartamento si trova in riva al mare, ai piedi della collina di Posillipo, in una zona residenziale e ben abitata. È ben servito dai mezzi, ed è vicino al molo di Mergellina, dal quale partono i collegamenti con Capri, Ischia e Procida. A pochi passi: Molo di Mergellina da cui imbarcarsi per Ischia, Capri e Procida o la Costiera Amalfitana nel periodo estivo con il metrò del mare. Sono attivi nel periodo estivo anche i collegamenti con le Isole Eolie. Stazione Napoli Mergellina, chiaro e bellissimo esempio di stile liberty, da ammirare e da scoprire. Via Caracciolo, dove è possibile passeggiare sul lungomare e ammirare i caratteristici luoghi raffigurati in quelle cartoline tanto vendute nei negozi di souvenir, respirare l'aria di mare tra le barche ormeggiate, magari sorseggiando una bibita fresca. Piazza Sannazzaro, famosa per la sua Fontana della Sirena. Sono presenti anche numerosi e rinomati bar, ristoranti e pizzerie. Sempre vicino l'appartamento c'è il Parco Vergiliano a Piedigrotta dove riposano le spoglie di Giacomo Leopardi e di Virgilio. A cinque minuti: Il PAN (Palazzo delle Arti Napoli) che ospita spesso mostre meravigliose. Sul lungomare inoltre c'è la splendida Villa Pignatelli e il Museo Principe Diego Aragona Pignatelli Cortes. Via Caracciolo, la villa comunale e i suoi giardini. A dieci minuti: Raggiungerete a piedi il quartiere più chic di Napoli, Chiaia, ideale per lo shopping diurno e il divertimento serale, dall'aperitivo in poi.. Infatti alle spalle di Piazza San Pasquale ci sono tantissimi bar e locali per una favolosa cena e un dopocena glamour. Ad una fermata di metropolitana o di Cumana invece il centro storico di Napoli raggiungibile anche a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata in pianura attraversando il quartiere Chiaia o in alternativa percorrendo il lungomare. L'appartamento si trova in riva al mare, ai piedi della collina di Posillipo, in una zona residenziale e ben abitata. È ben servito dai mezzi, ed è vicino al molo di Mergellina, dal quale partono i collegamenti con Capri, Ischia e Procida. E' un quartiere molto esclusivo, troverete tutto quello di cui avete bisogno a prezzi non turistici!

In a restored 18th century building, the house is on the 5th floor and you can easily reach it with an elevator that stops on the 4th floor and then make only two flights of stairs, as shown in the photo. In the decor and renovation of the house, I have paid attention to the quality of the materials to offer my guests every comfort. Attico GI-RO is equipped with free WI-FI, video intercom, air conditioning, espresso machine, kettle, hairdryer, hairdryer, iron, and more. This is an apartment of about 80 square meters in a sixteenth century building, with a view of the sea, the islands of Procida and Vivara and part of the Phlegrean Coast, and of course of the Aragonese Castle. The apartment is located in the historical centre, the old town of Ischia Ponte, and is surrounded by all main facilities, shops, restaurants, chemist, food-stores, etc. The double bedroom and the main living area are on two different levels, connected by a few steps, there is a small single bedroom, a kitchen with sitting area, an entrance hall and three bathrooms, one of which has a shower. There are two entrances: one directly from the old town centre and the other one over a beautiful terrace (approx 15 m2) from the Aragonese promenade. You will find satellite TV (Astra) and Italian digital TV, as well as Internet and electric heating. The apartment has a four-burner stove, oven, fridge, washing machine, hair-dryer, microwave, kettle and sufficient kitchen-equipment and linens. Despite its very central location it is a very quiet place, perfect for those guests who would like to enjoy the beauties of the Gulf and Ischia’s Old Town in a cosy and serene atmosphere. A few meters from the terrace the jetty is the mooring area for small fisher boats selling fresh fish, and 200 meters towards the centre you will find an ancient bakery with a wood-oven daily selling their delicious fresh bread.
