The accommodation was perfect, Zelimar's apartment is cozy and well structured, in addition to the host's concern to make us feel at home, this is the great differential. The apartment is beachfront, allowing you to do many things due to the length of the waterfront, and the beach on the coast is beautiful. In fact, Vila Velha is beautiful. thank you zelimar, we felt at home.

AMAZING!!!! Welcoming a Grandmother's Home, that was the experience we had. Santa Cruz is a village full of beauty, culture, and a history of resistance, a fishing village that I have had the honor of knowing for 30 years. Staying in Santa Cruz is a habit to recharge, but having this experience so welcoming was surreal! The house is impeccably clean, organized, with all the care of a grandmother's house. 🥰I felt so happy there sharing the weekend with the family. My children and I, along with my friend Gabi, prepared a beautiful breakfast in the garden, with a 360* view of Rio Piraqueaçu, a sea inlet with a beautiful mangrove forest around it. The house has a structure for the family to enjoy a barbecue on the balcony, which has a barbecue area and is right on the sand. This house is definitely my beach house❤️. We'll be back soon. I loved it, Carla was very polite and always answered, when I arrived at the apartment I was delighted with the view and everything was impeccable, it exceeded my expectations, I will return more often.

The apartment is great, super complete and clean, the location is also excellent, quiet and with markets, pharmacies and places to eat nearby. The view is simply beautiful, the only thing I thought was lacking was the cleanliness of the air conditioning in the suite, which is one of the simplest window models, it was very dusty, I preferred not to turn it on. The host Tainá is very attentive, responds quickly and gives instructions in advance so that everything goes well.

Our stay at the house was wonderful. House in a great location, facing the sea, with a full kitchen. Excellent barbecue area. Spacious, comfortable and fragrant rooms. We returned home refreshed.

The location is excellent, with no noise from the beach, except the sound of the waves. The apartment is not only very well equipped, but also offers dish towels and other cloths for everyday cleaning. It's a perfect place to spend a season. The view is stunning.

Mr. Marcos has a great place! Very comfortable, close to everything. Very attentive, providing support for questions and great recommendations for places!! Clean place with a great bed and cotton sheets 🙏🏼 The only detail that is not a bad thing, but in my opinion bothered me a little, was the protective screen that hinders the view and prevents you from appreciating such a beautiful... I highly recommend the space.

It was an amazing experience staying at Hélia's house... I recommend it with all my heart. Restaurants nearby, impeccable house, beaches a few meters away, gated community and much more... There are not enough compliments to give the house and Hélia...

My family and I were very satisfied with the apartment. Bed linen was clean, wonderful view of the sea from the side window. The apartment has basic but functional utensils. The location is excellent, the ap is located in a building in front of the sea,has a swimming pool and amazing view of the roof. Near restaurants, shopping mall, pharmacy, we left the car in the parking lot and did everything on foot and uber, quite easily. Hosts have answered all of our questions. At the time, we will once again stay at Rodrigo's AP.

Great experience! Very nice space, close to everything! The village is clean and with all the necessary utensils. The receptionist, a super nice and friendly person, treated us very well. About the check-in, super flexible because I had an unforeseen event and Wilson solved it, granting us the space earlier. Super quiet place, clean pool and perfect view on the rooftop! I'd come back more often.

Hello! My family and I stayed for 10 days at the home of hosts Carolina and Whellington. House with great structure according to the listing. Sanitized and well-packaged bed and bath linens are available. The beach is so close, it's almost in the backyard. We are still grateful for the kindness and availability of the hosts who welcomed us very well. We recommend and look forward to coming back soon.

I booked Ana Paula's place for the weekend as I was visiting Vila Velha for a wedding. The apartment is beautiful and spotless, just like the photos. I loved waking up in the morning and seeing the beach. There were also restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby so very convenient. Communication and instructions prior to arrival were also great. I would highly recommend Ana Paula's place and would stay again if I return to Vila Velha.

Quiet stay, I recommend it for those who want to disconnect from the routine. A breathtaking view, well-equipped and very cozy loft. I recommend the hosting, a sensational experience! 💙
