We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Funchal. The space was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal: quiet but still within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Check-in was smooth, and the host was welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Madeira!

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a great location. We enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay here again! The big balcony was our favourite part, and the check in instructions were so easy. Loved it!

The best host I have ever stayed with through airbnb. Lionel and Carla are super, super hosts!! The property is immaculate, very spacious and on a superbly situated development. The beds were super comfy, great black out blinds too. There are many fabulous local restaurants nearby or you can easily hop onto a bus just outside of the apartment block to Funchal. Lionel and Carla really go the extra mile! If you require any help or information the response time is immediate! Thank you for making our stay in Maderia so perfect! We will be back!

Our experience here was paradise on earth. Breathtaking view from the property and lovely space overall. Sergio is an amazing host, very hospitable and friendly. We hope to be back at some point

Vasco was a wonderful host. Our only contact was really checkin and checkout process as we had no issues during our entire month stay. The apartment was clean with a well equipped kitchen and is as photographed. We booked this apartment because of the view which really is exceptional! Added benefit of seeing port so we always knew when cruise ships were docked so we could plan accordingly. Location provides easy access to highway in either direction. Comfortable walk to old town but return by bus is recommended. Rental car to tour the rest of the island is also recommended. You do need to be skilled driver as narrow hill roads are no joke. We walked to local Padaria Pastelaria Mariazinha for coffee and pastries. Highly recommend for digital nomads/long term stay. Very quiet neighborhood and always felt safe. We brought earplugs because of previous dog barking comments but never used them. Recommend if you want authentic experience. Had a great stay.

I recommend staying here. The description and photos are fully consistent with reality, the apartment is nice, clean, pleasant, practical, you get full equipment. The location is very good, about 10 minutes from the center of Funchal, next to, among others: a shopping mall, restaurants and a bus stop. Check-in and communication with the host was hassle-free. Andreia was very helpful, gave local recommendations and had clear instructions with videos about how to locate the apartment and check in. The apartment was spotless and as advertised and would definitely stay again.

Joana is a kind and proactive host, always available. She gave us advice for good restaurants and places to visit :) The appartment is bigger than expected with everything you could ask for. I would definitely recommend Joana‘s place! Small tip: The underground parking space and its entrance are quite narrow so try to get a smaller rental car if possible. Not kmpossible with laeger cars, but less stressfull for sure 😁

Very clean apartment in a great location close to the grocery store and the beach. Great view over the water. Really nice large patio with furniture in the back of the apartment as well as a little balcony looking towards the water. Street parking is a little tricky if the beach is really busy, be prepared to walk up some hills. Tiago even put together a list of recommendations for the island. We had a great stay!

Our vacation would not have been the same without Igor's accommodation, which is nice, clean, functional and well located. Indeed, the city center is a stone's throw away, the highway 2 or 3 km away, Funchal and the airport less than 1/2 hour's drive and the view from the balcony is very pleasant. We chose this accommodation by chance and we were delighted to find ourselves in this small town that won us over. Thanks for everything, Igor, and all the best.

We stayed in this apartment as a family of four, and it offered plenty of space and comfort. Amenities like the washing machine, dishwasher, and fast internet made our stay especially convenient. The location is excellent—close to Funchal and attractions on Madeira’s eastern side—and although the apartment faces a busy road, noise was minimal at night. We would happily stay here again.

Our stay at Daniela's place was exceptional! Spacious and very clean accommodation, there is really everything available (washing machine, dryer, fully equipped apartment). Beautiful terrace with a great view, the pool is a little cool but very useful when there is a lot of sun. Barbecue usable with all utensils available (charcoal, firelighter, etc.) Quiet location in the heights, and easy to visit the whole island by car. Great stay, thanks!

Everything was great. The place was super clean, the view from the balcony is gorgeous, there were extra towels, hygiene products and multiple pillows, the kitchen was fully equipped too. Hosts clearly know what they're doing.

Our stay at Jorge’s place was fantastic and we would highly recommend it to any active travellers. The accommodation was just perfect. We felt safe, comfortable and relaxed when there, although we were mostly out exploring the wonderful island. The parking can be tricky but if you were like us and out from 5am and back at 3pm, parking was never an issue, although tight spaces (I recommend getting a small hire car!). 30-40 minute walk to the centre of Funchal and 15-20 bars on the way! The local bars and restaurants were all good but our favourites were Horta and Mau Fetitio if you want excellent food and service. We wanted to go to Il Basilica but they were fully booked most nights. The day trip to Porto Santo is great, very worthwhile and very relaxing but not a lot going on. We went to Pe Na Agua which was really good. Hiring e-bikes is highly recommended. The mountains reputations speak for themselves. Parking at Arieiro gets busy from 5am and costs €20 for the day. Plan well.

The accommodation convinces with the fantastic view - at breakfast and dinner we enjoyed the view very much! Unfortunately, the nearby main road is louder than expected. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need, especially the washing machine we have very much enjoyed using during our longer stay, in the kitchen you can also cook a little more extensively. The apartment is nicely furnished, but in some places it is a bit outdated. The apartment is located outside the city, you should definitely have a rental car, but you can reach some great hiking starting points by car a little faster.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the absolutely stunning apartment. It was incredibly well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beautiful location was a real highlight, boasting amazing sea views from the balcony that we enjoyed every single day. The lovely swimming pools on site were a fantastic bonus, perfect for a refreshing dip. Our hosts, Mariana and Ricardo, were so welcoming and helpful, always on hand to answer any questions and offer local tips. The great wifi was a practical plus, and we loved that the apartment was within walking distance to the main shops, making everything so convenient. The apartment was perfect for our family, a great base to explore the island. Well equipped for a family though we only used for breakfast, eating out in the many local restaurants . The bakery downstairs is fabulous , serving breakfast, lunch and snacks..

Iri’s place was absolutely breathtaking taking!! The view from the balcony was outstanding! You can see the beach. Her place has a washer drier which was super convenient. iri was super friendly and helpful! She is great !!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

The area is very good and the apartment is also very modern and well equipped.

Daniel is a very friendly and attentive host. She followed us from the first to the last minute, giving tips about the area. The apartment is really space and spacious, with two nice balconies perfect for an outdoor breakfast!

We had a really nice stay in this appartement and Evgenii was friendly. We loved being able to walk to the city centre en we enjoyed the pool on a warm day. Also nice to have a parking spot.
