This is truly an amazing place! We celebrated my husband’s 75th birthday and your place was a total surprise for him. He loved everything, the personalized welcome sign in Swedish, the wonderful accomodation, the fantastic views, the total calm and of course the cat Simba. We would live to come back! Iri is such a gem! She was so hospitable and responsive and gave excellent local recommendations for food, hiking, and other things. Great location and easy walking distance to many necessities. If you are looking for a place that is walking distance to the center of Funchal, this is a not it. Otherwise, the privacy, ocean views, and peaceful stay are well worth it!

Clean, spacious, amazing balcony and view of the ocean. Had a great 2 weeks here. Cafes, restaurants, grocery store, beach all within walking distance. The apartment is in a quiet, private building, can still hear a bit of noise from the road in the back 2 bedrooms but not a big complaint considering how calm and peaceful the place is in general. Thank you!

This condo was beautiful, clean, and had an amazing view. Plenty of seating, close to a grocery store and many restaurants. The infinity pool which looked over the ocean was lovely. We would definitely recommend.

Great location in a perfect apartment. Clean, scenic and has everything you need. Pool as an extra! Jardim Do Mar is a great place to be for a relaxing time and this apartment is the perfect accompaniment for the village. Friendly dog and two cats if you’re animal lovers.

Well-located and well-equipped accommodation opposite the Forum Madeira shopping center. Milla is a very responsive host and the explanations for accessing and using the accommodation are very clear. Access to the adjacent hotel's swimming pool is a significant bonus. The only small downside is the bed is a little small in the bedroom, otherwise everything is as expected from a vacation home.

Everything great! Communication went smoothly. The location is ideal. From there you can get everywhere easily and there is a shopping center with a supermarket directly across the street. Thanks !

We are glad we booked at this spot! The balcony was wonderful to have and everything was clean. What stood out the most was our very responsive host making sure we got all checked in even while her car was broken down on the side of the road! Despite the emergency, she responded to all our messages promptly and helped us check in. I was extra grateful when I woke up extremely sick from some bad fruit the night before and we were allowed a late check out until I recovered! We even left one of our passports at check out and she made sure the staff kept it safe for us. Very helpful owners, would recommend.

The three of us spent a week here. The view is amazing. You can quickly get to the hiking trails, supermarket and restaurants, but you can also cook and barbecue yourself and enjoy the holiday on the balcony overlooking the sea.

upon arrival we were very well received by Ana. She explained everything to us and we were even able to arrive a little early at the apartment. She gave us tips for sightseeing, dining, and also told us the nearest supermarket. Ana was at her best!!! The apartment is perfect, there is everything you need even more than we imagined. Thank you for everything! We were able to fully enjoy this beautiful island. And Gabriel spent almost all his evenings in the pool 😄 thank you again from all 3 of us

We felt very comfortable in the spacious apartment, which was very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, because you can reach everything in Funchal on foot. Betty was also always very helpful, answered all questions within a day and gave us tips for excursions, restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend the apartment and would also book it again on a next visit to Madeira.

Nice apartment to stay for a long holiday with beautiful views of Praira Formosa. Infinity pool, ample space, well equipped kitchen and washing machine. Free parking in the apartment's garage. The location was perfect being just outside of Funchal with easy access to ER 101. The apartment sits up on the hill with a short walk to the promenade; you can walk either towards Camara de Lobos or Funchal. Lots of restaurants on the promenade and on Estrada Monumental. There is a supermarket (Continente) just 2-3 blocks down the street from the apartment. The local host met us at the apartment to show us around. The apartment was clean and comfortable coming home after a day of hiking (purchase trail tickets 3E on Simplifica for all the PR# trails). A car is a must if you are going to hike and see Maderia. No Jacuzzi and gym is old and poorly equipped.

If I could, I would give to this accomodation and Patricia way more stars :) The flat is perfect. Great location, ocean view, everything was clean, nice and neat. Also those little, but big, details - dimmable light, extra fluffy blanket (not going to spoil more:) Watching stars while in jacuzzi.. Just awesome :) And Patricia is amazing host. Always quick answer, helpful, proactive, friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much and I will definitely book this place again, if we ever come back :)

Joana’s place was more than we imagined! It was actually 2 individual apartments in one house, each with room for 2 families, though we were just 2 couples. The privacy and the beach view were worth the stairs climb!! The stairs are a workout!!! Joana was an amazing host. Would recommend highly!

Raquel’s place was absolutely impeccable. After five nights of hopping between different beds, my friend and I felt so lucky to land here for three restful nights — exactly what we needed. The space had everything we could have asked for and more. The check-in process was super easy, and Raquel had everything clearly laid out with thoughtful instructions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us — it truly felt like a breath of fresh air.

Beautiful house. The driveway is easy to miss if you're not paying close attention the first time. Well equipped kitchen. Next to a walking trail by the sea. Well situated to drive to other attractions around the island. Fanal forest, P Moniz, Santana, PR16, were not far away.

Amazing location in picturesque village

Family home, nice in a very nice quiet village without a car. We fell in love with Jardim do Mar, its small alleys with its typical gardens! Thank you Sofia, we felt at home 😊🙏

We loved staying in Corinas well equipped unit. 2 large light filled bedrooms, 2 bathrooms was great with 3 of us and the living area is spacious . We loved the balcony with great view especially at night with the lights of the town and hills. We loved the kitchen eatery as well with beautiful views. Having a parking space within the complex was wonderful! Enjoyed the roof terrace as well. Thanks Corina!

The house was exactly as described — clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything was well prepared for our arrival, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and the whole place had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet close to local shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space (great for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening). The host was extremely friendly and responsive, always ready to help or answer any questions. You can really tell they care about their guests and put a lot of thought into making the stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area
