Arriving by car this is very nice place to stay. Location is super peaceful away from the city, yet not so far. Apartment is perfect for 2 people. Only downside is for bathroom you have to get out of the apartment, in winter this would be a concern for me. Otherwise place and the apartment itself was exceptionally well maintained. I would rate 4.5 stars easy.

What an amazing find! A cozy living space, charming and helpful host, and a beautiful courtyard to unwind in. Close to a wonderful bakery, eatery and park. Michael’s place was a gem. If we find our way out here again, this home is the first one to be booked. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely recommended for a great stay in Cologne and the surrounding area! We felt very comfortable in Rolf's small but fine accommodation. It offered everything you need and was very clean! There is an S-Bahn station within walking distance and you are at the main train station in Cologne in a short time. The parking situation at the property is totally relaxed. There is a nice kiosk in the neighboring house. We met Rolf in person. He is very personable and accommodating. We will be happy to come back at the next opportunity! We stayed at the place for 6 days (5 nights) and felt completely comfortable. Everything was super hygienic and very clean, which immediately gave us a good feeling. The apartment was modern and had a cool atmosphere, you can tell that it was furnished with attention to detail. The location in Leverkusen was perfect for us, quiet and yet well connected. Check-in went smoothly and the host was very friendly and easy to reach. We would come back anytime!
