This house was adorable! Loved the decor - cute touches and uncluttered throughout. Drawers/cabinets were clearly labeled and there were all sorts of things there that you might have forgotten- even hair ties! Bed was comfortable. Whole place was cozy and comfy- I didn’t want to leave! Tons of great recommendations in the guest book by the front door. I wholeheartedly recommend this home!

We couldn't have felt more at home here. Landon was very quick to respond, accommodating, very helpful with local recommendations and he was extremely nice and respectful. The house was clean and organized, spacious, it's in a very nice and quiet community but also within 5-10 minutes of so many things to do and places to eat. We highly recommend his place for a relaxing get away. If we ever go back to Sarasota, we will definitely be contacting Landon!

First time in Sarasota, and our main goal was going to the beach, relax and spend family time. The place was easy to find, plenty of parking space, nicely decorated, clean and with everything that we needed. Downtown Sarasota is at 10 minutes drive, Lido beach and Siesta beach, between 15 and 20 minutes away. Jacob, our host, was always super fast to respond to any questions. I would stay here again!

We had a great stay at Tyler’s place! It was a beautiful home and our dogs loved the backyard. The central location is Sarasota was perfect! We hope to stay here again in the future.

The house was clean and comfortable. The backyard was beautiful and spacious with plenty of seating for everyone in our party. we also really enjoyed the screened-in porch where we would drink coffee in the morning. It was about a 20 to 25 minute drive to most nearby beaches.

Alvin’s place was exactly as described and pictured on the listing. They were very responsive and gave us lots of recommendations for things in the area. The beaches (anna maria, siesta key, and longboat key) were all within 30 mins from the place. The AC worked well but it did tend to stay a little warmer in the bedroom but thankfully there was an overhead fan so that helped it stay cooler over night. The outdoor lighting at night really made the place have a whole new vibe. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location in Sarasota! The apartment was comfortable and very clean, and just a few minutes' drive to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Vanessa and Nicole were very responsive and gave us helpful instructions. We would definitely stay here again!

We (two people from Germany) stayed here for a week, not for the first time – great location: close to Siesta Key, Lido Beach, and downtown; beautiful accommodation – very lovingly and beautifully furnished, we felt like we were at a friend's house; we had everything we needed, even all the beach equipment; Dan and Charles are great hosts. We would like to come back.

My husband, 2 ur old twins, and I stayed at this cute little studio and it was perfect!! The place was super clean and inviting and really close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The beach isn’t a far drive at all either! We absolutely loved this stay and will definitely be back!! The hosts were so sweet and made sure to give clear instructions and check on us through out our stay!! If you’re looking for a cozy getaway that’s close to the beach and has an abundant variety of restaurants this is it!! Thank you Vanessa & Nicole!!

Our stay at Inna & Vladimir's home was excellent. I had a work conference at a larger hotel about 4 min away. It was conveniently located, easy driving distance to restaurants and the beach, and in a safe part of town. We enjoyed the pool one evening and never felt bothered or out of place during our stay. The one thing to note is that, if you have any sort of chemical/fragrance sensitivity, be cautious the first day or two. My husband and I are both VERY sensitive and noticed the strong fragrant cleaner smells right away (tide, fabuloso type scents, etc). This likely wouldn't bother the typical person... but it was pretty intense for us. Considering those smells means that the Airbnb was cleaned, I can't complain about that! Lastly, if you have any mobility issues, the stairs are steep, but felt very sturdy. Overall, we would stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

Excellent place to rest, very close to the beach to walk.. Very clean, very cozy, and the pool very refreshing and delicious for a nap.. The Host was very successful in providing all the accessories for a day at the beach.

Emily went above and beyond what I expected. I needed a cooler to go to the beach, and she also provided us with beach chairs. The house has everything you could need. There are board games. The Wi-Fi works great. I didn't use the kitchen, but it's fully equipped. I'll be back soon. Thank you so much, Emily, for your kindness and prompt response 😊

The location was great. Easy access to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and the pool. Doris was friendly and professional. The condo was very comfortable for my husband and I and our two grandsons. thank you, Doris. We had a wonderful time.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at David’s place in Bradenton! The space was super clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent throughout; the host was responsive, helpful, and always timely with their messages. One of the best parts was the beach access—super convenient, and the place was stocked with everything from a beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels etc. which made days at the beach so easy. There were also a few great local tips provided, which I definitely took advantage of. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This condo was everything I needed and more! The location? Absolutely perfect—the beach is literally your backyard. Waking up to that ocean view the next morning was a dream. Restaurants and activities were just minutes away, which made everything so easy and fun. Heidi, the host, went above and beyond. Her communication was fast, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. She even surprised us with a delicious key lime pie and orange juice waiting for us after jet skiing—such a sweet and personal touch! I truly have no complaints. Everything about this stay was peaceful, beautiful, and seamless. I’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and magical beach getaway. 🌴🌊💛
