Cozy cottage close to services and diverse recreation with intimate spa. Access to a private beach on foot or a public beach a few minutes' drive away. Boat descent via the private beach. Hiking trails within walking distance in both winter and summer. The Astrolab and Mont Mégantic trails are a 20-minute drive away. We are directly on the Route des Sommets, which is a must for cyclists. A perfect place to enjoy the calm of the region!

Access

Access is the ideal place for multiple outdoor activities throughout the year. It's a bright, peaceful and warm chalet. The private Cartier beach is at your disposal and the public boat launch is just one block away from the cottage. The land is bordered by a wooded area, has a large lawn area to have fun during the day and watch the starry sky in the evening. The huge parking lot is ideal for your boat trailers, mountain bikes or others.

Stream-side mountain retreat

This attractively renovated camp in the High Peaks region of western Maine is the perfect place to get away and unplug. Surrounded by conservation land, the camp is airy and bright, with views opening onto woods and stream, and is well screened. Solar panels provide water and electricity. There's limited satellite internet service for emailing and texting, and sometimes phone through wifi, depending on your service provider.
