Very nice house, very clean! Great stay!

We stayed here as a group of six friends and had a great time. Everything was as expected, clean and comfortable. The host was helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend to others!

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Vasco, but we got to spend time with Giacomo, who is very helpful, friendly and informative. Giacomo provided a quick (and, for us, better!) solution when we found the washing machine was not working as expected. We had been traveling a couple of weeks and so his help was very important! The house is ideal if occupied by the same family so that the grand, historic ground floor and rooftop terrace can be fully enjoyed. We rented just one apartment but there were no other guests; so we had use of the entire common space ourselves. Walking to restaurants and cafes in Cormons is about 15 minutes along via Colombicchio and via San Giovanni —this route offers views of the hills, as opposed to a quicker route through uninspiring residential streets. The location just on the edge of town is convenient for making day trips by car. The location is not rural, but there are fine views over green hills from the apartment.

Stefania is an awesome host—she was prompt, very helpful with tips about the surrounding area, and even reminded me of the unique charm that Italian homes have! Her Airbnb was comfortable and super clean, which was exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. The space was just as described, and her hospitality really made the stay feel welcoming and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The apartment is impeccably clean, decorated with a lot of love, and took care of every detail. It is equipped to the smallest detail. You will not miss anything during your stay. The apartment has everything and shows that a lot of money and love has been invested to make guests feel at home and better. The location is great for touring the region. There are great restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream parlors in that little town and there is an Outlet with great prices and a huge selection. Don't forget to sign up at the Info desk for an additional 10%discount. Venice is a 30-minute drive away (watch out for cameras and speed limit) and can be taken by train. The only opsaka is the cafe that is right under the appartment and there is very loud music late into the night which can be a nuisance in the summer when the windows are open to people looking for peace. The apartment has definitely exceeded my expectations and I would be happy to return

Patrizia was truly a blessing. She was very responsive to questions and assisted in some local customs/laws that was truly appreciated…. And just a sweet person. The AirBNB is a primo location for eating, drinking, shopping, and more. You will not be disappointed!

Zelda's house is beautiful, in a great location and everything was perfect. Annamaria was always punctual and present to coordinate self check-in and give us advice. A single suggestion to improve even more; being in Friuli, it would have been nice to find a welcome bottle of white wine with two chips and/or tarallini. In any case, if I were to return to Udine, I would definitely go back there.

beautifully designed, very spacious loft, vey close to all the great places in Trieste. Extremely quiet apartment, equipped with everything you need and more, modern vibe. Will definitely want to come back on my next trip to Trieste!

Clean and cozy house. You will find there everything you need, it’s clean and warm. Lucia and her husband are very friendly. The view was amazing. We enjoyed a lot our stay at Lucia’s house.

Fantastic place to stay in Bordano. Much bigger than we expected. Perfectly clean with a very generous and kind host. Would happily stay again.

Beautiful apartment, walkable distance from the city

Everything you need for a quiet relaxing vacation in Grado :) Shopping right around the corner and with the bikes you can quickly get to the nearest beach or in the old town to enjoy warm evenings! Everything great, thanks!

We spent a night at Omar's house, and everything was perfect! The check-in instructions were clearly provided, the apartment reflected what was described and everything was as shown in the photos. We spent 11 days at Gianluca's place and were more than satisfied. We especially liked the quiet yet central location. The place itself was well equipped (cutlery, oil, salt, sugar, coffee, air pump...etc.) Everything was very clean and we had a large balcony. Gianluca was always available and very friendly and even allowed us to check out later. We will be happy to come back. Thank you for everything.

It was very great location and Fabiola was very helpful and kind host.

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The gentleman met us and showed us everything. We were welcomed with Prosecco and snacks. The apartment is very clean, tidy and has a beautiful spacious balcony. In the summer there is also an outdoor pool. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen is really fully equipped so you won't miss anything and you will cook like at home. The parking lot in front of the building is really spacious, there is also a Spar right next to it. Excellent starting point and walking routes to the center of Grad. Of course, an excellent starting point for cyclists too. We felt at home. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and kindness. The place is great for a lovely few days in Bibione and the beach, in a very nice, private and quiet settlement! Luca was very friendly, accommodating and always quickly available. When there were problems with the sink in the garden, it was solved within a day and Luca gave us a breakfast for 4 people as an apology. Accommodation and host to recommend. 👍🏼
