Blacknest Cabin with access to Alice Holt forest

The Cabin is a self contained space in the garden of a rural cottage in The South Downs National Park. It consists of a kitchen with oven/hob, fridge and microwave and table and chairs. A bathroom with a shower. A large space with a double bed, sofa, wood burner and tv, there is also a camp bed or travel cot available. It sits beautifully with views of fields and has access out of the back gate to Alice Holt Forest containing a historical arboretum, Go ape and the popular Gruffalo trail.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Beautiful, unusual & stylish 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ( 1 en suite ) renovated and arty barn. In a tranquil, yet accessible countryside setting, overlooking fields with 2 ponies/stable yard. A comfortable, friendly & rustic place to unwind. It also stays cool, even on hot days but warm and toasty in the winter. Numerous nearby attractions including Jane Austen’s Museum, The Watts Gallery and Uppark House. DM if you’d like an art lesson. Can sketch ponies/portraits or landscapes!

Local towns such as Haslemere and Petersfield bring more variety to the region with big brands and familiar names.

Warren Farm is 2 miles from Alton, which is famous for the Watercress Line steam railway and the home of Jane Austen. We are also on the edge of the South Downs National Park and within easy reach of Winchester and the Historic Dockyards and ferry terminals in Portsmouth. The Stables has it's own entrance from the beautiful garden room which adjoins our barn. There are country views and footpaths if you are feeling energetic! We look forward to welcoming you.

The Vestry

The Vestry, a private hideaway in a stunning sought after village location, offers a history all of its own. A self-contained annex so you can come and go as you please with your own entrance, king sized bed, en-suite bathroom/shower and free street parking. Located next to the Hampshire Arms pub and a short walk to The Plume of Feathers and Crondall Stores it offers idyllic country surroundings perfect for retreats, overnight stays and longer escapes.

One Bed Country Hideaway in AONB

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.
