Owners live in attached house and will be as available as you need, or not if you are looking for privacy. Our home and the attached apt. are located on 3 acres surrounded by trees. We are 20 minutes to Appleton and Oshkosh and about 50 minutes to Green Bay. We are also 7 miles from downtown Fremont and the Wolf River known for it's fishing and boating activities.

Fish from the dock or take the water toys out to the lake. Lake Poygan is over 14000 acres of fun. Winter offers ice fishing, ice skating, and snow mobiling (snow mobile trail accessable by lake).

The Peterson Mill Schoolhouse is a rural and historic one classroom school converted into a guest house. Located next to a trout stream and operating dairy farm, you can sit on the open-air porch, relax by the creek, or take a walk on the country roads. Plenty of bars and restaurants, shopping, Webfooter’s water ski show, boat ramps, Patridge Lake and beach. 3-bedroom/1bath plus futon in enclosed porch and pullout sofa in living area. Extra parking for cars or boats. Ask us about possible use of a boat dock to tie up to across the street (small fee).
