Our private home is located in Sainte Maxime, the heart of the Gulf of Saint Tropez. The home is the lower level of a villa. It is 150 m2 (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room) is nicely decorated and has a sunny garden of 1000 m2 with outdoor kitchen and private swimming pool. You'll have all the luxury and privacy you need. The Beach La Nartelle is only 800 meters from the home and the city is 5 minutes by car. There is a little supermarket at 5 min. walking distance. New! Exceptional and dreamy location, just a few minutes (2km) from the superb village of Saint-Tropez. This house benefits from optimal sun exposure as well as a breathtaking sea view. The house is surrounded by gardens and terraces and the infinity pool with sea view. You only have to cross the road down the house to access very pretty little beaches . A parking space under a porch roof closed by an automatic grid will allow you to secure your car or/ and your motorbikes / bikes.

Charming house in park, 200 m from the sea.

This independent accommodation, completely renovated in early 2019, is located in the large wooded garden of the owners (charming couple). We are resident in Santa Lucia Park, a residential estate in St Raphael. Our villa and this small house are in a large garden, quiet, 2 steps from the sea (3 minutes walk). The setting is very nice, relaxing. There is no vis-a-vis. Everything is made for an 100% relaxing stay. Palm trees, turtles, cats, shade, sun, swimming pool ( to share)...
