Our small, modern bungalow is completely private. Perfect for working as it is for a romance, or just coming to LI-NY for the weekend. The luxurious queen bed is great, alone, or shared, and the custom sofa converts into another bed or two in a pinch (ask us about this before booking, it's got its limits); keep in mind that this is an open loft-like space. Vintage living.

The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.

Really great place to stay in New York. Entire second floor apartment with lots of room to relax & no sharing rooms. Host occupies first floor of this private home. Near train, shops and 10 mins from beach, mall. Nice safe area, easy access to restaurants, grocery. Approx 15 mins from JFK international and LaGuardia airport depending on traffic.
