Shirley & David were wonderful hosts! Very accommodating and super friendly. The property was a beautiful country setting and the inside was meticulous! The only change I would recommend would be to have a private lock on my room and no admittance until check out Otherwise it was perfect and I’m looking forward to staying again next year!

The Bayside Inn has so much going for it…an absolutely unbeatable view, kind and helpful innkeepers, a beautiful old (but perfectly preserved) inn with furnishings to match and all this in a picturesque small harbor town. Our stay was just wonderful! We walked both days to great restaurants for dinner, enjoyed full breakfasts prepared by Kathryn, explored the nearby botanical gardens, took a sail, and did a bit of shopping.

The house is wonderful and Rick and Linda are great hosts. We really enjoyed the breakfast and Linda's homemade blueberry muffins. Her wonderful artwork and Rick's fabulous woodwork and home made furniture adorns the house. We enjoyed Rick showing us his furniture making shop. The lake is nearby and it's great to take a walk there. Everything is wonderful at their home.

Our stay was exceptional. The accommodations were superb and exceeded expectations. The host was so friendly, helpful and clearly experienced in providing an extraordinary experience for guests. We were a very close walk to downtown Freeport. We will definitely return!

What more can we say - wonderful experience and wonderful hosts! We greatly enjoyed staying with Gretchen and Keith and found them to be great people - friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The room was as pictured and described, in a great location, the breakfast by ‘Chef Keith’ was delightful. If you’re considering staying here, do it. We’ll be back!!

Claudia was an awesome host and very responsive. We had a good night stay in a nice private bedroom with private bathroom. We really appreciated her hospitality with breakfast food that was left out so kindly for us. Although it was such a brief stay on our road trip, we will consider staying here again in the future if we are in the area!

The grounds are beautiful and the inn is very clean and charming. Jill is so friendly and quickly responded to the messages I sent. My husband and I had a quick visit but enjoyed a delicious homemade breakfast (French toast casserole, ham and egg bake) before we left! I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This is a very special place for those who are seeking a different experience, nature based. There are 10 acres they own, plus 100 unoccupied heavily treed acres behind. There is a fabulous bog, streams and interesting assortment of trees. The house is well set back from the quiet rural lane. It was under a 1/2 hour to Dover or Portsmouth or the UNH campus. Easy drives. There are 3 bedrooms, very spacious and comfortable, and a very comfortable sitting / living room. Our breakfasts were very good, and more than ample. When you book if you want single beds, book room 1, otherwise rooms 2 or 3. We were in room 3. (each room is a separate booking on Airbnb apparently) If daylight wakes you up, bring a night mask. Great place if you have a family or friends you are travelling with and want to stay together. Ron has had an interesting career and is a handyman extraordinaire. Julie is an artist, involved in local theatre. Both are a treat to talk to. Highly active!

This was my second time staying at the Silver Fountain Inn. As usual, my bedroom was enchanting and spotless, breakfast was delish and the hosts were very welcoming. The tea selection is always so much fun to explore. I also love the monthly theme changes and the grounds of the inn are so peaceful and lovely especially during the summer months. Hope to be back soon.

We throughly enjoyed staying at the inn with Kevin and Lucia! We loved that all of the decor matched the era the cottage was built and the bed was very comfy. The highlight was a great breakfast with other guests at the Timbercliffe Cottage and the recommendations from Lucia. We wished we would have stayed there multiple days instead of hopping around to stay at different places. Great hospitality and a wonderful Maine experience.

Stayed here with my daughter from Memorial Day weekend. It was comfortable, cozy, welcoming, and just overall wonderful. Daily breakfasts and overall New England charm. Walking distance to town, so perfect.

We LOVED the Samuel O’Reilly House! We intend to visit Conway/North Conway for longer at some point in the future, and we will definitely be booking here again. All of the rooms are themed, and we stayed in the Captains Quarters on the third floor. The interior design was cozy, unique, and innovative. The front porch was lovely, as were all of the common areas; everything was very clean. There was a private chef in the mornings that creates a small menu and makes any of those options for you. The food was creative and exquisite. There were homemade baked goods on the front table at all times. The mountain view from the backyard area was gorgeous, and there was a little path that led to the river. We had a medical alert service dog with us and they were very accommodating of that. We were very happy with our stay. As noted, Valerie was friendly, informative, and helpful. Our room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

We would give this place 6 stars if we could. Mason & Christina made us feel right at home for our anniversary stay. The grounds of this place are so peaceful and serene.The farm to table dinners were some of the best food food we’ve ever had. Every detail of this airbnb was thoughtfully taken care of. Our only regret was that we weren’t able to stay here longer. A truly unforgettable airbnb experience.

The place was great, very cozy and peaceful. The room and bathroom were perfect for a night getaway. bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great and Krista was kind enough to make mine to go. Definitely will be back!

Amazing stay - waking distance to center, beautifully decorated house and rooms, delicious breakfast and so appreciated the homemade gluten free items and breakfast items. Michael the host helped with luggages and was super welcoming. I can’t imagine going anywhere else if in the area again!

It was lovely to stay at a proper old-school B&B, and Amy is the perfect host. The breakfast was delicious, and the chickens, cats and goats were a highlight. I particularly appreciated Amy accommodating my coeliac disease for breakfast. Would recommend!

Wonderful stay at the CML. Room M5 was as listed with a detached but private bathroom right across the hall. The inn itself was beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and the new innkeeper Krista was a great hostess. The property is beautiful with a couple of small benches on the river behind the home, a nice outdoor and indoor fireplace, and just very cozy common areas. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful location. Easy check in. The room was large and the food was delicious. And we had a great time meeting the goats, chickens, and cats!

Douglas was SUPER friendly and very courteous. Keep in mind, at the time of this stay, the phone number he has in ABNB is disconnected. I let him know so he'll probably have this remedied by the time you read this review. I'd stay there again! Plenty of parking and I had my own bathroom!
