Enjoy Southern OP in this quiet neighborhood. Our studio guesthouse has a full kitchen, a new TV, and google fiber internet. In case you get lonely, we have 2 friendly dogs always looking for attention. We are about 45 minutes away from the Kansas City airport, Kauffman Stadium, Arrowhead Stadium, the KU main campus, and the Harry S Truman sports complex. We are 10-15 minutes from the Scheels soccer complex. Overland Park has plenty of Kansas barbecue and shopping.

Enjoy your own private cottage with all your essentials; You also have access to the property's hot tub and 1 acre pond stocked with catfish, blue gill, and bass! The cottage has a 1 queen size bed and a mattress in the loft . Please note: we do live on this property and the cottage is next to our main house. We have friendly outdoor cats they do freely roam the property.

The camper sits across the driveway from the main house. Queen bed in the bedroom & 2 full bunks. Fridge, stove/oven, microwave, crockpot and charcoal grill available. Linens, towels, & camper toilet paper included.
