Stoney Spring Overlook

TracyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This BnB is in contention for my FAVORITE stay of all time. Family of 6 adults and 1 child had more than enough space, and Jeanne really made our stay effortless. We felt right at home and we didn't have to make that last minute trip to the store you sometimes have to make bc the host skimped on providing toilet paper or dish soap, because she honestly thought of EVERYTHING ❤️ My granddaughter loved the pool and dips in the hot tub after swimsmade the adults happy. The location and view are to die for, and the two pups were ecstatic playing in the large fenced area. We spent a lot of time outside, plenty of furniture, fire pit, just eating dinner on the deck. (Missing NOTHING in the kitchen either!) Our last night we spent sitting and talking on the deck trying to identify the multitude of frog voices from the pond, before we parted ways to our various home states. I am most grateful for memories made and we are definitely considering a repeat! ❤️Thank you!

Farmhouse Getaway | Close to Wineries & Breweries

LisaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
This farmhouse lived up to its name! A quaint old house, modernized for livability in a picturesque setting, gave us a great place to relax and recover after long days of training. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to the last detail. The only thing to watch out for was lower ceilings than expected. But great place with lots of character!

The Madison

LisaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The Madison is a wonderful place to stay. Furnishings and bedding are all top notch. The location is just a few blocks from the Frederick business district. One thing to note if you are visiting in the summer is that the house does run warm- - thermostat is set to 73 and guests are instructed not to turn it any lower. I live in an old house so I understand. This does leave the upstairs rather warm so if you don't like to sleep in 74-75ish degrees, The Madison might not be the best choice for you. However, I found the bathrooms to be squeaky clean, the bedding to be just as good as what I have in my own home, and the restaurants/shopping in town to be lots of fun. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in 1 of Marissa's properties again.

Potomac Overlook Farms: 6 BR, 10 Acre River Estate

MelissaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a wonderful family reunion here with 3 generations. Each family had their own private space but there was tons to do on the property together as well. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and made sure we were comfortable and happy! We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked, too.

Mountain Church Cottage

TracyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Beautifully decorated, well maintained, perfectly appointed cottage on a quiet peaceful street. Fluffy towels and comfortable beds and linen. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch rocking chairs while it was raining, and it was perfect for my family of 4 and our dog for one night on our way back home, as we had everything we needed. We felt like we were in a house with at least some history and driving just a few minutes up the road to Gathland State Park we discovered even if the house didn't exist in that time frame, the address was very close to the Battle of Crampton Gap. The house is also very convenient to Harper's Ferry; and though we didn't have much time, it was close enough that we were able to explore for a few hours.

Moms Space in the Woods

BethRating, 5 stars1 day ago
I don’t know where to begin. This was by far the best Air BNB we have ever stayed at. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s beautiful and quiet. Dennis and his wife were amazing and really thought of everything. This AirBNB was a labor of love and it shows. We were in town for a Lacrosse tourney at Maryland Soccerplex. They were nice enough to let me borrow a camping chair to use at her games. It was also the perfect distance and took about 25 mins to get there. We loved all the amenities and it was especially nice to have a washer and dryer for use to clean her uniform. Their home is beautiful and the downstairs made a perfect place for us to relax. The Metro stop is right in front and you can hop on that to go to the rail and go all over DC. My daughter and I are already looking forward to our next stay. Hoping next time we get to try some of his wife’s authentic Jamaican cooking and to see how their garden is doing! We left feeling like we made new friends in Maryland. Thank you!!

Catoctin Valley Country Apartment

Our hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating - we felt like family. The space was very clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable! Roberta and Rich were very thoughtful and greeted us in person, left us snacks, coffee creamer, fresh fruit - we were impressed with their generosity. Gave us pointers on good places to eat and things going on in the area over the weekend. We had great time, would definitely love to visit again!

46 South Main Suite #1

Brian & SherrieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This stay was just myself solo. Had a nice stay at Audrey's. Boonsboro is a nice small town close to my historical interests. Enjoyed walking the town at night and got breakfast at the diner across the street on the day I checked out. If you like small towns with history Boonsboro is a great place. Audrey's place is like a small efficiency and had everything I needed for my stay. Great wifi signal if you have to do some work like I did. Kitchen had everything I needed, better cook wear than average AirBnB. Bath towels were quality as well. Bed comfortable. The unit is on the backside of the building and easy to get to. Parking safe and easy. Year round tenants that shared the entrance in back were totally chill, very nice & friendly, as was Audrey. Best part was Audrey's flexibility eagerness to accommodate me with a request that I made regarding the length of my stay. A good place for a traveling professional needing 3-6 month stay that is more than just a room in a house.

Historic Boonsboro Vacation Rental w/ Grill

SusanRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
As a history buff, I loved the cabin, although I couldn’t find any written material explaining more of its history in the cabin. The environs were beautiful and peaceful. We saw deer and turkey from the porch. The cabin was cozy, clean and very well stocked. We had everything we needed and more. It is close to and surrounded by sites important during the Civil War. The host, Howe, was kind and helpful. I hope to visit again.

Hide & Seek Luxury Log Cabin, a gem in the woods

VanessaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
This was absolutely the most amazing place and was perfect for a weekend get away with my partner. We were worried we would make it late due to traffic, but the host was very communicative and patient and ready for us when we got there. Luckily we made it 15 minutes before closing but they had said we weren’t last. One of the sweetest things was that they left the door open and the lights on for us! This small gesture was so excellent to me. We had a warm greeting by Mrs. Debby and we felt so welcomed and right at home. Also, the check in area has a little store that has everything you could possibly need for our little cabin trip. Overall, it was an excellent stay. Everything was clean, well organized, and I will definitely be staying here again one day!

Charming vintage cabin in the ❤️ of Middletown.

Loved staying at this sweet little cabin! It was a little smaller than expected but the coziest cutest thing ever! I agree with Heather that this place is best suited for older kiddos and adults, loads of cute decorations and the loft could really trip someone up if they weren’t careful! It was such a peaceful, private place and it really felt like we were in a cabin to ourselves despite being in a neighborhood! Super close to a bunch of amazing wineries, hiking, and downtown Frederick, it was perfect! Thank you Heather!!

Our one-night birthday getaway was pleasant, private. We appreciated the strong shower water pressure after a long hike nearby and empty fridge to keep our snacks and drinks in. The window ac unit was able to keep us cool. The view from the back was awesome and we were grateful that Brittany responded so quickly allowing us to check-out a little bit late. Would stay again!
