The farm has a herd of cows and some cultivated fields. There is a kilometer of Mary River frontage with bird, rare lungfish, frogs and platypus. There are large areas of scenic bush walking. Our place is dog friendly, but prefer the dog to stay outside in the secure enclosure on verandah.

She helped me with finding great places to eat, get my hair done and drive around to look at buying a house in good areas. Bay Dream Villa is a lovely place to holiday. I would definitely stay there again. I have made a new friend.

Fabulous views of the ocean with K’Gari in the forefront. A mob of kangaroos visited every day and it was joyful to watch them play each evening. Pool was beautiful clean and great temp. We had a few issues with water as there had been a big storm but the hosts sent out a plumber and all was fixed super quickly. Excellent communication and the place is just heaven. Love, love loved it 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Location is this winner with this house. Excellent views of the river with less traffic than the Woodgate esplanade. Plenty of room to bring your boat and you’re only metres from the boat ramp. It’s a couple of k’s to Woodgate to the IGA to pick up any grocery items. Inside house is good. Beds were very comfy. Aircon in master bedroom and lounge. Drawer space in second bedroom is minimal. Bring hangers so you can use the wardrobe. The downstairs shower and toilet is great after a swim out front. Would recommend this property to others.

Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your property. Our boys loved the downstairs room, having their own space, just as we loved enjoying a drink on the deck and watching the wildlife. The pool table is a huge hit, kept us all entertained! This is our new place to stay when we come to Frasier!!

This is a lovely home, so well laid out and everything is thought of. There are so many little touches in the house that you feel right at home. The pool toys, the kids Lego, the kitchen staples, the bathroom amenities it’s all been thought of. Sian is a wonderful communicator and nothing is too much trouble. Only note we would add is that when the owner is in town they are next door.
