Monthly Rentals in Franklin County

Our stay was lovely, and if we return to the Preston area, we will definitely stay here again. The place is so charming—we especially loved the history of the building and the beautiful brick wall. The host was amazing—so responsive and communicative. Plus, the central location made it easy to walk anywhere we needed to go.

I was a student at Sandy’s Haven (8 mins away) for the weekend and this was the perfect spot for my stay in Preston! Centrally located near food, some cute little boutiques, gas stations, and some cute murals! They were totally chill about the sporadic hours (6 am leaving, getting home at 11 pm). Had a comfy bed and a shower which is all I really needed- but then some! It truly felt like a home away from home with everything you could possibly need, plus it was literally spotless and well decorated. Super clear instructions. I didn’t see the hosts besides waving in passing, but they were very responsive. Even provided recommendations for food, and did a quick little favor for me which I much appreciated. If I’m ever back in Preston this is definitely where I’d stay again.

I feel grateful to Paris that he has opened up his land for folks to stay, it is quite breathtaking. It feels open and private all at once. There were other campers down the hill (that shared the outhouse) and it still felt totally private. The house was equipped with headlamps, batteries, firewood, extra sleeping bags, doggie bags, fire starter, bottled water… we felt well taken care of. I recommend taking a few hours to go to maple grove hot springs which is ~35 minutes away…not only because it’s a great resort, but because the drive is also gorgeous and you get a better sense of scenery you are amongst. We can’t wait to come back.
