The outbuilding of Tenuta Magrini is a small independent studio flat (without kitchen) on the estate, from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Monferrato. A quiet place between woods and vineyards with a large and well-kept garden and infinity view pool. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, making it suitable just for a couple or for a family with one or two children that can share the room. The parking is internal and from the estate.

The house has been renovated with a lot of love and taste and offers incredible charm. The fantastic patio is the heart of the house. The house has a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi, both are heated and can therefore also be used in winter.
