Cozy cabin for 2 people only. Sofa bed available on request Far enough up the hill to enjoy the quiet but close enough to the town for the bars and restaurants. The Cow Hill circuit is close to the cabin. Ben Nevis is a 10 min car journey. Glenfinnan viaduct is 14 miles away. It is a 20/30 min walk down into the town. We are on the main local bus route. N46 or N47 bus will get you to our door from the High Street. In good weather you can sit out on the decking and watch the world go by.

The Wee Highland Shack.

Compact, cosy, bijou, romantic, fantastic views, great setting, no room to swing a cat - we think that these are all great descriptions of our chalet. It is definitely small ( 4m by 3m) but we love it and think that it is a great place for a cosy stay as long as lots of space is not high on your priorities! The chalet has a double bed, its own wee toilet and shower, parking right in front, T.V, tea and coffee making facilities and a little fridge. Wifi,, Spotify and Netflix are all available.

House boasts of a real wood burning stove with wood supplied, oil fired radiators, plenty of hot water, two gardens - front and back - to enjoy the sun with seating.

Rannoch Moor is a place of peace and tranquillity, there is no noise (after the 9.05pm train) and no light pollution. Weather permitting, you can watch the stars and sunrise while lying in bed, see deer walking in the wood, experience being cosy in the midst of dramatic weather or listen to the dawn chorus. Enjoy the peace and views at our cosy wee cabin. Beautiful setting on the banks of Loch Eil. Watch the Jacobite Steam Train pass on the opposite shore, along with the sea birds and other wildlife. Easy access to the water if you have kayaks or paddle boards. Located within the grounds of our home, so you share the driveway and garden. Make sure you bring your provisions as we are 35 minutes drive from Fort William and there are no shops or restaurants near by.
