What a gem so happy with our stay at Spanish Eyes! We found Carmen and Shalom’s place to be very clean and well equipped, which is what I look for a comfortable stay. Their place is very well maintained and had such beautiful views of the ocean! We absolutely loved the beach access right off the property, it’s very private and almost all of our stay had the beach to ourselves! Oh and the beds we slept so well, what a restful stay after coming from the theme parks! Thanks so much I would most definitely stay again and again!!

A serene Jensen Beach gem! Tucked away just enough for total privacy, the cottage is delightfully quaint and clean. We loved waking up to the peaceful view from the porch, then whipping up breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen. Despite feeling like a quiet retreat, it’s an easy walk to cafés and local shops—no car required once you’re settled. If you’re after calm, convenience, and spotless comfort, this place nails it.

We came over from Orlando to celebrate my son’s 15th birthday with his best friends. They were amazed at the house, all the incredible art, and they loved the bedrooms. The balconies were super cool with hammock swings and wind chimes. Greg was extremely kind and helpful for everything I requested. We were fortunate to see a mama turtle lay her eggs, and a pod of manatees. I’ll definitely book again.

Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! The house is equipped with everything you need—clean, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. The mattresses are amazing! Having heated water in the swimming pool made a huge difference. Thank you! We will definitely be coming back!

This is the second time we stayed at the house. As with the first stay, it was very comfortable, clean, and relaxing. Had a small issue with the access card, but Amy was on top of it right away and got it taken care of. Will stay again in the future. We love Jensen Beach and look forward to visiting again soon!!

Its 100% worth it to get the golf cart. The private parking and access at the beach for us was amazing and so easy to watch the sunrise over the waves. There's plenty to do on the island like pickleball or tennis, swim in the heated pool or lounge in the hot tubs. We had a great time. The home was cozy and inviting. Make sure you turn on the water heater ASAP to give it enough time to warm up. We went in January with high winds and temps as low as 50°s at night and up to more comfortable 70°s during the day. Over all we loved it and would definitely return for a longer stay.

Our family had a great time at this ABNB. It was a very nice, clean, and very well organized home. The location was also amazing. It was peaceful with stunning views and had excellent amenities such as the pool, tennis and others. Alicia is a great host and was very responsive.

If you are looking for a place to stay, THIS IS IT!! The location and views are absolutely stunning. The condo is immaculate, easily the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. Michael is an incredible host. He was quick to respond and has thought of and provided everything you might possibly need during your stay. Really truly worth every penny!

What a gem! This is a brand new property and the location is superb. Craig was very responsive and communicative. The location on the Archie Carr refuge was breathtaking. We walked off the pier to new turtle tracks and nests every day. We saw a green turtle returning to the ocean. We learned from professionals and volunteers the conservation efforts to save these magnificent animals. As with any new property, there are a few things still being tweaked. But the sunroom - what a serene place to read a book, spend time with family or take a nap! The pool is a perfect place to take a break from the beach. There is plenty of parking, and the opportunity to utilize both houses for larger groups is a great option. We had a memorable stay! afternoon nap!

My family loved our time here! Quiet neighborhood, the pool is steps away. The beach is directly behind the pool. The golf cart was a big hit. Make sure you bring bug spray! We did get bites. Other than that, we will definitely be back! It was perfect!

Very enjoyable, relaxing stay. Friendly community with a great community pool area with private beach access. Also, there are beach access points about every couple hundred yards, our favorite was Bathtub Beach. Pineapple Palace had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and easy access to anything we needed, stores, shops, groceries only minutes away. And the Manatees frolicking in the intracoastal just off the patio offered added enjoyment. We will certainly be back if traveling back to that area. Being in the hospitality business ourselves, NERENT, Tom meets or exceeds our personal high standards for accommodations and his passion for Windmill Village/Hutchinson Island certainly backs up his commitment to guest satisfaction, strongly suggest giving them a visit!

Kelly was Very Accommodating and supplied us with everything needed to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The home was very clean and we lacked for nothing. She had instructions for any questions we may have had so we never had to take the time to contact her during our time there. We felt right at home and were pleased with the privacy of the property. We had a great time, even though it rained a lot. There is a lot to do in the area. A kids museum, a mall with a game room and lots of restaurants nearby. Of course, on nice days the ocean is very close and there is a pool and club house at the resort. The home is fairly new and very modern! Kids had a great time!

This apartment was perfect for my family of four. We had so much fun on the beach! We saw so many sea turtles and wildlife around the property. Carolyn and Mike were so friendly and had lots of local food recommendations. We especially loved the German cafe! The apartment had everything we needed. We had an absolutely amazing stay! The location couldn’t be better—literally steps from the sand, with stunning ocean views from the back porch and patio. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable family getaway. The private pool was a huge bonus and perfect after a day at the beach. This is a great place for relaxing and for beach activities while still having all the comforts of home. The house was super clean and well equipped with plenty of towels, linens, and kitchen tools. The space is very open and uncluttered, which makes it easy if you are traveling with pets. There is also a wonderful off-leash dog beach about 10 minutes south. The area itself is very quiet and safe. The beach is just a few steps from the back yard, close enough to hear the waves crashing on the shore from the balcony. The bottom floor is a completely open space under the house convenient for lounging in the shade and cleaning up before coming in from the beach. Ellison and Caroline were very responsive hosts, checking in through out our stay making sure we were doing ok. We really enjoyed our stay.

Eileen's got herself a beautiful little gem in the heart of Jensen Beach. that is the old Florida living I stayed there with my children over mother's Day weekend stayed for a week and it was incredible the memories were fantastic my boys absolutely loved it because of the fishing I caught a snook and a very ugly ugly ugly oyster frogfish never heard of it, and I've been fishing my whole life LOL. it's quite the gem I would highly recommend it I will definitely be back.
