I had a great stay overall, everything was exactly as described, super clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped which made things really convenient. The hosts were very communicative and kind, especially when an unexpected pest control visit happened. It was a bit uncomfortable, but they were quick to apologize and handle it. The only downside was the location, it’s quite far out from everything, and the steep hill leading down to the property made it tricky with Ubers, who often didn’t want to drive down. Other than that, the stay was smooth and comfortable and i would recommend to stay here!

Good stay, no oven in the condo, but a microwave and a stove top. Theres a fridge as well, but doesn’t get super cold quickly. Theres towels, toilet paper, paper towels and shower essentials but they do not provide any more than what is there. All in all it was good for what we needed in the time we spent there.

This house is amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. Private, but very close restaurants, groceries stores and many other amenities. We are so glad we opted for the heat for the pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back!!!!

Lovely Home with Pool and Mountain Views

Perfect house for a girls weekend trip in the sun and 4 of us were comfortable in the house. Basic shampoo/conditioner and soap provided, house was very clean and beds were decently comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking a few meals at home and has the basics including coffee. The pool was chilly but refreshing! Would be great if there were more pool loungers (there are 2, plus the outdoor seating as pictured) or umbrellas / awning for shade, but overall it was very clean and enjoyable. Location is near Fountain Hills with a grocery store and lovely park / little hiking spot. House was great for a quick weekend trip where we had no agenda but to lounge! Location note: we rented a car but Uber/Lyft is difficult to get out there, airport pickup took 30 min to arrive on a Sunday afternoon.

We spent 3 nights at the property. It is a beautiful place and has everything you need for a great stay. The hot tub was really good to relax in for the evenings. The property is well placed and not far from amenities but in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent little condo, private but close enough to everything you need. Make sure you type in the address precisely. (Our mistake) There’s another condo at 108750 Place that will have you knocking on the wrong door😀. I would stay there again and again. Brindy was a fantastic.

This home was very beautiful and had all the amenities we would need. The beds were extremely comfortable. I loved the sitting area in the kitchen to have my coffee in the morning. The outside was amazing, beautiful pool with lots of seating. Fountain Hills is an amazing place to visit. We’ve been there several times and love coming back. You can’t beat the Mountain views and the fountain itself. It’s very amazing. We’ll definitely be back.
