Private suite vacation rentals in Fort Collins

I was in Boulder for a fitness retreat and if I were to return for another, I would definitely see if Susan and Keith’s Airbnb was available again. They were terrific hosts—so kind and caring. The amenities were perfect, and the description was exact. Such a peaceful neighborhood. Their space was so wonderful to come home to each day. Thank you so much!

This location was absolutely gorgeous! It was hard to tell where the actual entrance was because it was around the back, but besides that it was an absolutely amazing place to stay. Definitely considering coming back again soon!

Christopher’s place was a great place to stay for access to RMNP/Estes Park area!

Fantastic stay and would gladly stay here again. You have access to what I’ve always called a “mud room” that leads downstairs to your private basement. It feels super cozy and the hosts were fantastic. Lovely stay.

Mary and Vern’s place was a great fit for our family. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were lovely and comfortable. We appreciated the kids toys and books, as well as the well-stocked kitchenette. The hosts were warm and helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

My husband and I had a great stay with Kendall and Dustin. Both hosts were great and the place was exactly as described. It was in a quiet neighborhood and we visited a nearby grocery store a few times along with some amazing ice cream and cookies nearby. The place was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The towels in the bathroom may have been my favorite part! I like a firm bed so the bed was a little tricky for me as it is softer than I typically sleep on, but other than that the stay was perfect!

Greg and Andi were fantastic hosts! We felt perfectly at home 💖 The space was better than described. We spent hours on the patio enjoying the weather. Downtown was just a short walk through the neighborhood. Great guides, pointers, suggestions etc in a welcome binder. It was a great trip, and would definitely stay again!!

This is been yet another truly excellent experience with Airbnb. Christine is a friendly, knowledgeable, helpful host and her place was ideal for our brief visit. Her place is very spacious - and immaculate throughout - with a large living room + kitchen area (full-sized fridge and microwave) and a separate bedroom. The living room and dinette look over Christine's beautiful front yard garden. The large bathroom also has very modern laundry facilities. The rooms are also very nicely decorated to feel like home. Her place is also ideally located: at the southern end of Fort Collins (on a quiet street with a park-like space across the street), it is just 10-15 minutes from restaurants in Old Town, but being south of downtown, we had no traffic when headed to RMNP during the AM "rush hour". With these amenities and features, and so much room, it is truly ideal for longer stays, and we hope to stay longer on our next visit Thank you Christine for all your help.

Absolutely stunning location, the views are breathtaking. Neighborhood turkey and deer were great to see. Very comfortable place to stay, everything you could need was available. By far our favorite stay.

It was a beautiful stay . Amanda was really responsive, she gave us nice recommendations for restaurants and activities. The cottage is at a nice elevation covered by nice views of mountains . Overall a nice peaceful stay .

Had a great stay here and enjoyed all the amenities including the amazing theater and hot tub and the beds were out of this world comfortable! wouldn't change and thing! Great hosts and super friendly pup!

The downstairs apartment was very cozy and had everything I needed. I was there for a wedding at the Tapestry House, and Alyssa's driveway was no more than 20 feet from their driveway. Incredibly convenient!

I don’t even know how to explain how much I loved this place. It was the kind of place that feeds your soul. Such an adorable family sharing their personal space with strangers. It was such a refreshing, community centered experience in a world so rapidly leaning into isolation. I did not have much interaction with them even though they lived on site, but the little interactions we had were lovely. Space was adorable and so thoughtfully designed. It made me want to abandon all my belongings and live in a tiny home community. ❤️ Thank you Jessica, and fam. Hot tub & sauna were great, the zip line & swing tickled our inner child and the whole experience was lovely. Will definitely be back.

Had an amazing stay at Kathy’s and would highly recommend her guest suite to anyone in the Boulder/Denver area. I felt right at home and the personal touches were an extra nice gesture.

Qi and Ross were amazing hosts. They are beautiful people and so warm and friendly. I couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The bed was so comfy, and the surroundings were peaceful and quiet. Qi is adorable and has great energy. I look forward to returning in the near future. This is a two thumbs up Airbnb!! You will NOT be disappointed.

AnneMarie and Ivan's place was perfect for us. The entryway was convenient for storing our bikes and equipment. Access to the running/biking trails was right out the door. We loved walking into downtown Niwot for coffee and food. The location was convenient for getting into Boulder and Niwot. The living space was very clean, bright and spacious. The dog barked at times but was never a nuisance. Overall, it was a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay here! The hosts were incredibly communicative and quick to respond, which made our late night arrival seamless and our overall stay smooth. The space itself has a great vibe—warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail really stood out. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend staying here. Definitely a place we’d love to return to!
