Lake Huron Beach Cottage

MikeRating, 5 stars10 months ago
This experience wildly exceeded my expectations. The house was recently renovated (or sure appeared to be) so everything was in extraordinarily great condition. It was super clean, extremely well appointed with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom items. You cannot beat the view - so close to the water and just beautiful. Also, can't say enough about how friendly and responsive Eileen and Rich were during our stay. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beach house on Lake Huron

LeilaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Serenity! Stayed a week with family and friends visiting. It was home away from home, however with the most amazing views of Lake Huron and the private beach was perfect. Thank you for sharing your oasis and being an outstanding host. I will be back :)

Lago Haus: Lake Huron Gem Down in the holler.

StevenRating, 5 stars10 months ago
A GEM on the shores of Lake Huron! Travelling to the Lexington or Port Sanilac area...look no further than Lagos Haus. Beautiful appointed comfy cottage with multiple private areas for fellowship, relaxation, and respite. Whether it's enjoying the living room fireplace, lounging on the sandy beach, gazing at the sunrise out the sunroom windows, or playing yard games on the shaded and flat back yard, this bnb has it all! You won't be disappointed.

Quack Shack Getaway

MeganRating, 5 stars3 days ago
This adorable tiny home is a secluded steal if you want a night or two away. Kennedy provided wood for the fire pit and a propane-powered grill for cooking. There is a compost toilet nearby. Everything was clean and pristine. The tiny home is very private, but it’s a quick walk to emus, turkeys and ducks if you want to see some nature on the rest of the property. Also tons of wild birds around. Kennedy communicated clearly and even left some s’mores and a hand-written note. Thanks for hosting us!

Cottage Retreat at Lake Huron-Private Beach

HuynhRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Sarah and Sheenu were super helpful hosts and responsive to our group’s messages. We felt really warm-welcomed. Their place is clean and cozy. Amazing deal for a small group. There is a shared walking road to the beach view in the neighbourhood. Or you can walk within 10 minutes to the nearest beach. I would love to come back or share this to my friends.

Perfect for a getaway from social norms. Ideal for camping/outdoor enthusiasts. Kim was a wonderful host and took very good care of the property. As an East Tennessee boy, I felt right at home.

Dawn's Loft

MariahRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I absolutely loved my stay at Dawn’s loft. She was so warm and welcoming, and I felt right at home. The space was comfortable and private, and all the thoughtful touches made it feel extra special. I was initially unsure about the outdoor shower, but it was very clean and didn’t feel like it was outdoors at all. It ended up being totally fine. Dawn even left a bottle of Ice Wine to celebrate my graduation, which was such a kind gesture. That, along with all the other little details, really showed how much care she puts into the space. The beaches nearby are beautiful and there’s so much to explore. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you again Dawn for a wonderful time!

Lake Huron waterfront

TracyRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We stayed over Christmas for one week. It snowed heavily and the owner was kind enough to remove snow from the driveway before our arrival. Also, there were beautiful Christmas decorations and even a little lit tree which was very thoughtful. The house was nicely decorated even without the holiday decor. I felt I was staying in a home rather than a rental which was nice. We had all that we could need while we visited. There were even two types of coffee makers. BTW- there is a lovely coffee shop about 2 miles down the road in Port Sanilac. One of the best things about the house is the views. We loved watching the Lake from our bed in the morning. BTW- I felt the bed was comfortable. To the right of the house is a roadside pull-off/park which gave us more privacy. We fit two adults and one teen (Our 9-year-old stayed 1-2 and opted for grandmas the other nights) comfortably. Perfect size for a group of 4. We would recommend staying in this beautiful house. Thank you.
