Read the full description carefully :) 80 m² floor fully renovated into an apartment in an old stone house. Bright, crossing, dining room on the north side overlooking the garden and large trees, 2 bedrooms with double bed on the south side of the square. You will be on the top floor of our house but totally independent. You will have a new equipped kitchen and shower room. The apartment is warm and well insulated, you can enjoy its spacious volumes and vintage decor 🧡

This fully equipped studio is located on the second floor of our house so access is via a staircase. Bright accommodation with a lovely view of the countryside and a stone's throw from the Garonne.
