Samia was an amazing host! We appreciated the wine bottle she left us. I had messaged her a few times during our stay to ask a couple of questions and she replied really fast. Would definitely stay here again!

This home worked well for our needs. It was a little far from our event, but is a beautiful and peaceful farm. Rebecca was very responsive and helped us through a few issues. She couldn’t have been nicer!

Cara’s place is a gem and we’re glad we found it. The perfect getaway from the busy Bay Area. Certainly, the creek just beneath really is the unique part of the whole experience. Of course we loved the hot tub and all other amenities too!

We had a moms’ night away and Meadow Vista was a perfect stay for us. Some highlights include the fact that everything was clean and comfortable, the hot tub was a great way to relax, the detailed and helpful manual answered any questions, the beautiful garden and morning coffee on the porch were serene and inviting. We saw a group of baby quails outside the kitchen window that absolutely charmed us all! As moms we really appreciated her “no need to clean because you’re paying a cleaning fee” note which is not common with all Airbnbs. Overall, it was exactly what we wanted. One note of advice: write down the front door code before getting there. We were on LTE and it took awhile to pull up. Once inside on the WiFi, reception is great, but I got a little nervous before that!

Fantastic location for downtown Folsom. easy parking and getting in and out. The unit was pristine with comfortable furniture and everything you need in the kitchenette. The bed was comfortable with spotless linens. The bathroom shower had the waterfall shower and was beautiful. Will definitely consider this for my next visit. Convenient for the area.

Cute cottage- loved the vibe - didn’t love the beach as it was small. Loved the outside bar/grill seating and nightly bands!

The cottage is charming and had everything I needed for my stay. The bed is low to the ground but very comfortable. It was nice to be able to park in the driveway and I felt safe in the neighborhood. There were stores and places to eat very close by. I was able to meet Mina and she was very kind and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Overall great stay, minor issues taken care of by host. Worked well for 5 adults and 2 teens.

KoKet is as beautiful as the pictures they posted. Friendly staff, and let to do. The Bar and Grill has amazing food and drinks!! This place is for the entire family!!

What a wonderful place to call home base for a few days. The cabin was so clean, updated and well maintained and the hosts were very helpful. The proximity of the river near the rapids was exciting and fun to watch rafters float by, while still feeling secluded in the trees. We also enjoyed wildlife; deer and geese. Day trips were enjoyable with Apple Hill, Placerville and Tahoe within short driving distances. We'll definitely be back and will tell friends.

We regularly book Airbnb’s for our weekend getaways and from our experiences we both feel this is an exceptional find. Trevor and Molly are attentive hosts in the best possible way. This cottage matches the photos. It’s immaculate, well appointed, quiet, and ideally located for a countryside stay, yet very easy/close drive to downtown Lincoln, surrounding areas, to the local wineries, and a casino where we attended a concert. The bedroom linens are exquisite. The kitchen had everything we might need. We both found our stay to be restful and wished we had booked another night. Without hesitation we recommend this space to others. Thank you Molly and Trevor!

Beautiful cottage. Very accommodating and up-to-date. The chickens are absolutely darling. The best wineries just minutes away. Didn’t think it was possible to enjoy our second stay more so than the first. Can’t wait to return.

We absolutely loved this place💜 So quiet & pretty. The location was conveniently close to everything we needed and the view was amazing. I really enjoyed my morning walk through the trees. All the goodies the host provided were a big plus also 🤣 I can’t wait to come back and stay at Mary’s place again!

A stay at Kippy’s place is like going home! It’s comfortable, unique in a beautiful way, and full of treasures! We will be coming to see the family as often as we can & definitely staying here!! We loved it Kippy!!

A perfect spot for us to stay near our kids. The place is comfortable, clean and thoughtfully appointed. Nice and private with 2 small outdoor areas to enjoy a morning coffee. Owners are friendly and readily available for any questions. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Loved the house and the town of Clarksburg. We were in town for a Celebration of Life at the Old sugar Mill. The home was close enough to walk to the venue and walkable to the small market and restaurant . Close to Sacramento and the airport, quiet location but convenient to all the amenities.

wow! Our new favorite place! The kitchen is well stocked with what you would need to make a simple meal, the rooms are all spacious and beautifully decorated. And the beds and bedding were so comfortable! We were able to use our streaming stick and had access to the HVAC control. Internet was great...no buffering at all! I can't say enough about Lisa's place. The location is great. Lisa is a great communicator, friendly and thoughtful host. We had a basket of goodies waiting for us with a welcome note and, I left a top behind and she called to let me know. We were able to turn around and go back to pick it up. I was so thankful for Lisa's thoughtfulness. We are already anticipating and planning our next stay!

Excellent!!! I stayed here with my family for a few days and this lovely cottage was even better than the pictures . The rooms were squeaky clean, fresh and modern. The kitchen supplied more than we expected which was very nice, and a lovely bottle of wine was waiting for us. The views / scenery were just stunning , the surroundings were nice and quiet - we all slept very well! The decor was tasteful and relaxing with modern / new furnishings . Beautiful balcony with the most relaxing views! Close to the town but spaced out enough to have peace and quiet . Highly recommend staying here - it was the best experience we have had in an Air Bnb . Thank you Suzanne and Frank for this lovely stay, you helped make our trip outstanding.
