Nicole’s place was stylish, fun, and impeccably clean, and she was super patient and helpful as a host. We’ll hope to be back in the summer to try out the pool!

Such a beautiful home. The owners are super responsive and nice. It was very peaceful. My boyfriend and I just had a house fire and it was the perfect place to take our minds off of everything.

I am from the area, but had to leave my home on short notice due to an emergency. I booked my stay within a day of my arrival and Andrea was responsive and understanding. Additionally, I have physical disabilities and Andrea and Todd both made sure the location was as accessible as they could make it even on such short notice (e.g., moved some tables and chairs out of the path ahead of time so I'd be able to get to the entrance with my walker more easily). Throughout my stay, Andrea and Todd were both very accommodating and more than willing to offer help with anything I needed. Additionally, communication is prompt and concise, and they are readily available when needed. Also, they have a tangerine tree, so if you are here in tangerine season, you may find yourself receiving many tangerines! They truly go above and beyond for their guests and I highly recommend their home to anyone looking to visit the Sacramento area.

This unit was the perfect size for two people with plenty of off street parking. The location was close to everything we needed. Even though it's on a busy street it's behind the main house and very quiet.

Liz as a host was very helpful! I had a last minute lodging cancellation that led me to need to book her unit the same day at very short notice. For a fee, Liz was able to get me in which made my day so much easier! She was very responsive and friendly. The unit itself was very nice; nestled within a home that seemingly had 2 other units. Although smoking was prohibited; there was a lingering aroma of an herby substance, which for me, was not necessarily a problem. Later in the evening noise did pick up, but, I checked out at around 3 AM so it didn’t have the chance to bother me too much. The listing was very spot on, cozy and home like. Would recommend!

The surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful. The studio was really nice and clean. There was plenty of space and they provided utensils and other things. Our family had a really good time there as it was away from all of the noise of the city.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer and Eric's place. We felt right at home the minute we stepped through the door. The layout of the apartment made the bedrooms very private and quiet with a comfortable living room, kitchen, and dining room area. The huge deck provided a lot of outdoor space. Jennifer and Eric live on the property so we saw them periodically. They were friendly and respectful our space and time. The house is located right off of I-80, so it was quick and easy to get to Auburn and other destinations. We had a few questions during our 10 day stay and Jennifer was exceptionally quick in responding. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in the area.

Juan was extremely flexible when it came to checking in. Check in was set for 4pm, and I had a car full of boys playing in a tournament that weekend. I asked Juan if we could check in early and sure enough, we checked in early. The house was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. plenty of linen and pillows, and sleeping spots. The basketball hoops inside was a big bonus!

Honestly, one of the best stays I’ve ever been in. Very intentional space that literally had EVERYTHING you would need 12/10

This home was perfect for my family (11 guests). The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, and spacious! We enjoyed the jacuzzi, outdoor shower and the big kitchen space! This home had everything we needed for the weekend. The only room on the second floor is the master bedroom with two beds + full bathroom. All other rooms are on the first floor. My only fyi to anyone is the master bathroom has no doors for privacy. Overall, host was so helpful and provided quick communication when needed. We accidentally left a few things behind and were able to go back to retrieve them. We are so grateful and would 100% recommend this place!

We loved staying with Oksana! This place is adorable - very comfortable, convenient and a perfect place to relax. The beds were also very comfortable! We had a great stay. Highly recommend!

Great and spacious. Missing some amenities like salt, paper towels, and oil. But otherwise fantastic. Very responsive host and able to accommodate all of our requests.

This may have been the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. Unbelievably clean. Comfortable beds and clean linens. Everything seemed brand new. Kitchen had everything you need. Backyard was wonderful.

Great place in a peaceful quiet neighborhood. Host was very responseive. Great amendities. I would stay here again.

Stayed here while my Mom went in for major surgery at Kaiser Morse. Perfect location for our base only 6-8 minutes away. We were able to visit 3 times a day and weren’t exhausted from commuting an hour + one way. Secure parking spots.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.
