Genuine summer house gem in the middle of the tranquility

Welcome to Saltbæk, here traffic noise is replaced with the sea and birdsong. With only barely 400 meters to the beach, it's easy to take a dip when your mood offers it. Enjoy the area's many hours of sunshine from both front and back yards. The house is the last one on the road, so you can safely let your kids play in the garden. We would like to use the small kitchen garden ourselves, but you are welcome to use the herbs. The shed will be locked, but garden games, blankets, and powder will be available to you.

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

The home is located on a closed road in a separate house and has a large room, a small kitchen with dining table, hallway and a toilet with shower. Newer cottage located secluded on the outskirts of Kaldred holiday village. Newer beds for 4 people. Eat space for 4 people outside and inside. Wood-burning stove heat pump/air conditioning, large terrace, new gas grill. smaller spa and sauna in the garden( sauna is paid separately) further down in the garden there is a fire pit and firewood. In the house there is everything to be used for a lovely stay. Really conditioner for the soul.

Small cozy charming and authentic cottage from the 30s. 200 m to the beach, good hiking and cycling opportunities in the nearby area, public transport right to the door, lovely garden with many pretzel nooks, barbecue, fire, hammocks. The house is not modernized and is original and charming. Among other things, the toilet is located outside the house in the shed and bath takes place as a floor sink or with outdoor shower. Cottage with lovely sea view in Veddinge Bakker. Natural grounds with buried trampoline and fire pit. Large open plan living room with wood-burning stove. Terrace to the south/east and to the south/west. 500 meters to sand/pebble beach. Nearest supermarket etc. - about 6 km (Asnæs/Ordrup). Ordrup has a ice cream shop and the farm shop with cafe latte and vegetables. There is internet (fiber) in the summerhouse.
