Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Slap af i rolige omgivelser tæt på Vesterlyng. Vesterlyng er et fredet naturområde med 5 km børnevenlig badestrand og 326 hektar med overdrev, enebærkrat og klitter, beliggende ved Sejerøbugten. Det er Sjællands største hede og en utæmmet vandreklit. Denne toværelses lejlighed er den ene længe på en trelænget gård omgivet af marker. Vi bor selv i hovedlængen. Vi har hunde som er vant til børn og som færdes frit på grunden. Mulighed for leje af cykler og opladning af el bil mod gebyr.

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
