We had a great time at this gem of a peaceful place. Sætra is tastefully decorated and in great condition. The wood stove kept very good heat for a long period of time. And, the view is absolutely incredible - all of Rondane. Elin is friendly and quick on the feedback, as well as the family had been up the day before with water and bed linen, as well as making sure it was clean and tidy. Really recommended! I would like to write a few good words about staying at Marita's house. This house is very easy to find because it is located right on the Fv29 road between Allvdal and Hjerkinn, which allows easy access to the biggest attractions of the region. There is a grocery store near the house. The house itself is very cozy, warm and at the same time spacious, with a large terrace, right next to the house there is a beautiful forest. Very good contact with the owner, because I booked this house at the last minute before the trip and I got a positive response in a short time. I sincerely recommend this offer to everyone who wants to spend a pleasant time in a real Norwegian house.

This is the first time we're staying on a ranch. The cabin is quite charming and has been tastefully decorated. It's well-equipped and very user-friendly. What delighted us the most was the view from the cabin window—on a carpet-like meadow, a flock of sheep were strolling right outside the cabin. Behind the cabin, there were several beautiful horses that seemed curious about us and appeared to be in good health. This truly is a lovely place to stay, and it provided us with a wonderful experience. The little sheep are absolutely adorable, and we spent a lot of time watching their various social activities while sitting by the window.

This was our second time staying at Jon's place (stayed for a bit more than 2 weeks with our small dog), and as the first time we loved it. The house is cozy, the views are wonderful and you are surrounded by nature. Would absolutely recommend it!
