Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Föhr

The stay was beautiful. The location of the house allows excursions throughout Schleswig-Holstein. You can quickly reach the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. The house really has everything to satisfy even the highest demands. Rarely do you find such a beautiful, tasteful and high-quality furnished accommodation. We felt very comfortable as a couple and would be happy to come back.

We were warmly greeted by the neighbor upon arrival and briefed on everything important. The house was perfectly clean and even better than in the photos. The bedroom on the first floor was not open as in the photos but a separate room, which was perfect for our daughter. We felt very comfortable right from the beginning and were also very happy about the welcome gifts. Even the "Easter Bunny" had thought of us and hung something on the front door. We can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

We visited Jana for the third time, and it was fantastic again - exactly according to our needs for rest and relaxation; very nice cottage on an old dike, around it actually only sheep. Very idyllic and beautiful.

Staying at Tasja's was really perfect for a few relaxing days. Great amenities, charming and comfortable furnishings, great, even in changeable weather the comfortable sauna, with bathrobes, towels, various infusions and even an associated shower. After the sauna, you can relax very nicely on the small terrace. When the weather is nice, the small garden is perfect for breakfast or an hour of reading outdoors. The cottage is equipped with everything you need. The bed is super comfortable and the location of the cottage in the middle of Friedrichstadt is great and also great for trips to St. Peter Ording or Husum. The soundscape of the crow colony in the trees of Friedrichstadt takes some getting used to. So, all in all, we can absolutely recommend the place.

A perfect place to switch off – absolutely recommended! From the first minute, we felt completely comfortable. The cottage was clean and lovingly furnished – we immediately felt at home. The furnishings are well maintained and tasteful, with lots of beautiful details. We were particularly enthusiastic about the immediate proximity to nature: birds everywhere, tranquility, vastness – exactly what we were looking for. The Hallig exudes a special serenity, and we were able to really relax there. A big thank you also to our contact person Iris – we were able to contact her with questions at any time. The owners, Hennig and Lisa, were also helpful with questions from the beginning. We enjoyed every second and would have liked to stay. A place we would definitely like to visit again!

The house on the Tede Warft is absolutely perfectly located away from everything on the dyke, here you are alone with rabbits and birds and can enjoy the complete peace and relaxation. The apartment is very comfortable and attractively equipped and both the apartment and the entire grounds are well maintained. Absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to be alone in nature.

We stayed here for six days and it was everything we hoped for and more. The house was exactly as described, but what made it special was the peace that came with it. Looking out into the garden each morning, with nothing but quiet around us, gave us a calm we didn’t know we needed. The place was spotless, and the sauna became our favorite way to end the day, warm, relaxing, and just what you want after exploring the island. What really stood out though was our host. When our car broke down, she went above and beyond to help us with advice and answered every message so quickly. It meant a lot to feel that kind of care. This wasn’t just a place to stay it felt like a true escape. We left feeling rested, grateful, and already dreaming about coming back.

I was there with my family and we had a really great stay. Lots of nature (birds, caterpillars, horses, Highland cattle, cats, deer, rabbits,...), lots of peace, a very nice place to stay in a TOP condition and with Carola and Martin, two really great hosts. We'd love to come back :) THANK YOU!

I liked the cozy little apartment of Claire and Tore very, very much. Everything worked out: quiet location, great view, roof terrace, comfortable bed, cozy amenities, everything very well maintained and sparkling clean. And as a highlight: two very nice hosts. Great risk of repeating!!!

Vivien's apartment on the beautiful island of Amrum is very cozy, thoughtful and comfortably furnished. We felt right at home. There are a lot of nice details, but nothing unnecessary. The bed is very comfortable and there are many nice lamps and candles that make the evenings very cozy! Communication with Vivien is very nice and friendly! The location is also great, in Norddorf everything you need is there! We will be happy to come back!!!

It was really great with Julia. For my son, the garden with play equipment & chickens was the absolute highlight, for me the proximity to all possible excursion destinations: Föhr, Sylt, Husum. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and Julia and her family are really nice.

I had a really nice stay in this idyllic, dreamy house in the middle of nature. Perfect for unplugging. I was particularly enthusiastic about the host's self-painted art. My room and the house are very lovingly decorated. Breakfast is a highlight with homemade rolls, fruit, homemade jams, etc. I felt very comfortable here with the tranquility, nature and really great hospitality!

We stayed with three generations for 5 days in Maren's lovingly furnished apartment. What immediately stood out: the attention to detail and the tip-top cleanliness. We have never seen such a meticulously cleaned apartment. The location of the apartment is super convenient, from the ferry dock you can reach the house in a few minutes by car, parking was possible on the property. We were allowed to store our bicycles in the lockable garage. By bike, you can reach Wyk in a few minutes via a well-developed bicycle road. The communication with Maren and her husband was impeccable; friendly, courteous and considerate. We will definitely be back and say thank you for the great stay.

It was, like every year, a wonderful vacation. Always feel right at home. Thomas is a great host. We look forward to next year!

I felt right at home in Donata's cozy accommodation. Most loved were the sheep and lambs in front of the small terrace. Everything was really available for cooking, in very good condition and everything worked. It was easy to prepare everything you needed there. I enjoyed the silence, slept well and liked to use the cozy sofa in the evening. The bathroom is very nice and comfortable. I can imagine coming back again. Thank you, Donata!

Stephan's apartment was super clean, very cozy and furnished to a high standard. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent equipment of the kitchen. Communication with Stephan was very friendly and uncomplicated. We can fully recommend the apartment.

The apartment has a perfect location and is superbly equipped. Maike is super likeable and always responds directly. The stay was great on so many levels!

We had a very nice stay. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired! The beach is within walking distance and the beach chair was great. Communication was fast and reliable. We would book again and again :)

We really liked Pamela and Jacob's modern accommodation. Great, tasteful and stylish apartment where you feel right at home. The apartment is located within walking distance directly parallel to a very nice shopping street with a lot of gastronomic selection and another 5 minutes further you are also directly on foot at the port of Flensburg. We had a great, sunny day and will definitely ask Pamela and Jacob again if we are in the area. Thanks again for everything.
