Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Floyd County

The house is adorable and easy to get to from downtown, Berry, or the Rome Tennis Center (all about a 5-10 minute drive). Dog friendly spot that met all of our needs. Fenced in yard was a bonus-I didn’t notice it described when we booked. It was just my husband and I, but the three bedrooms are spacious and would be comfortable for a family or more couples traveling together. Kitchen had all you need to prep meals. Access to the washer and dryer was a plus for us. When we come back, we’ll definitely look to book Rachel’s place. She was easy to communicate with and the check-in/out directions were minimal and easy to follow.

Great place, very comfortable and peaceful. It was conveniently located off a main road yet set back so it was super private. The inside was clean and comfortable.

Perfect for our short stay! Only notice I would give others and Britt does mention this in the listing but the house is very uneven so I would avoid for the elderly or if you have any sort of ambulatory disability. Otherwise it was perfect for what we needed.

Super nice house. In town for a college graduation so only there for one night but very spacious and checked all boxes necessary.

thoroughly enjoyed our weekend get away with life long friends after not seeing each other in many years. The house was very clean and very cozy for the family to gather and socialize. Cindy was very responsive any time I had a question, and very accommodating! Definitely recommend anyone needing a comfortable place to stay in that area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The surroundings were beautiful and very peaceful. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained. We enjoyed our walk in the forest down to the creek. The house had plenty of room for our group and the back porch couches were a nice seating area (with a great view) for our group.

Bethany and Johnathan are great hosts who were extremely accommodating in our specific needs and requests. Johnathan has also been a great communicator over the time of our stay whenever we've reached out with any questions. The site is kept tidy and the road in is well graveled for traction. Waking up to the sun coming over the mountain range every morning is a treat. The site is off the main roads enough to give a quiet retreat but close to several state parks and charming small towns when you want to stretch your legs. I would confidently reccomend a stay here.

We had such a great stay! We had plenty of space for group and our teenage ball players were very entertained with the theater room, ping pong table, and nearby lake to fish. The countryside was beautiful and the directions for entering the home were clear and easy to understand. We felt safe and right at home! This is a quiet and peaceful place to relax. The outdoor kitchen was one of our favorite features during our stay. The property is well maintained and we enjoyed watching the sunsets from the property.

Can we just talk about dogs for a minute? Many air bnb places say they are dog friendly, but really aren't...they just tolerate pets, but with a whole list of rules attached. This place has national park vibes, but the joy it brought me to be able to let my very active (well behaved!) dog loose to just open all the way up with her run across grassy acres..this was priceless to me. We were very secluded. I stayed Wed-Wed. I hiked until my legs would not go anymore, yet still did not explore everything. I listened to wildlife. I made fires. I stargazed. I communed with nature in a way we rarely get in this life, but I was cozy. I had clean hot showers & toilets, heat, air, & electric in my spacious tent, and so so so much peace. I would say I will definitely come again, except now I'm probably going to go buy my own piece of wilderness to live in because of this fabulous experience. They really have a great space they are sharing.

Melissa’s place was great! Very nice spot with comfortable memory foam beds. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our own meals.
